CVS on Carmen drive is the most uncaring insensitive unethical pharmacy I have ever known they constantly lie to you they never fill your medication everything is a fight with them. I have to call every month to make sure they fill my medication they tell me no problem it'll be filled I drive 9 miles one way only to be told they didn't fill it or they don't have it. twice now I have gone to pick up just one prescription they didn't have it in stock but I was told the day before it would be filled, the first time I was giving 90 pills of 120 then the bag snatched for my hands telling me some law that I wouldn't be able to pick up the rest so they gave me four six pills and I had to come back the next day the second time the exact same thing happened but I was given 28 pills a 7-Day supply and told Monday I would be able to pick up the rest but yet I have not been contacted today is Tuesday by Friday I will be completely out of pills this is a very dangerous medication that I am on when it leaves my system I could be in severe medical distress! Every single person there lies to me constantly they never contact me and tell me my prescription is filled until after I have picked it up and when I get home from leaving CVS from picking up a prescription then and only then I receive a text telling me I have prescriptions waiting for me and I have to drive back sometimes I'm there 3 days out of 7 days just picking up prescriptions. All these 20 year olds and 23 year olds filling these prescriptions have no ethics morals or compassion for patients who rely on medication I hope everyone at this CVS on Carmen winds up in jail or prison for being so unethical and constantly lying!!!!

We have never experienced as terrible of service that we are receiving from CVS. It says if the personnel try to be inefficient. We will not be with them much longer.

It's a CVS, this one is particularly slow and the wait line for the pharmacy builds up fast. Be prepared to wait a extended time in line for any pharmacy needs.

The employees at CVS Pharmacy are very polite, awesome customer service and very professional. I have not had this wonderful customer service in any other pharmacy. I’m happy with CVS.

I am in between changing insurance and was going to have to pay cash for the prescription which was over $100. Without my prompting the young lady checking me out said let me see what I can do about getting you a discount. I ended up paying less than half of the original cost. She did this without prompting from me. All of that said this has been my store for over 5 years and I can’t remember ever having a staff caused issue. They are always helpful and courteous and the store is always clean and organized. I recommend 100%

Shout out to Michael! I took my elderly mom shopping and we had difficulty with the self checkout. He quickly came to our aide and checked us out himself. Not only was he patient with us, he was super courteous making our shopping trip pleasurable. Thank you Michael! We will be returning for sure.

Switched from med shoppe just to discover that cvs pharmacy has limited hours of service too. It's not worth the drive when I could go to rite aid instead. It's closer to my home and it's open 8 - 10 PM M - F and until 6 PM on the weekend.

Very unprofessional and somehow biased and racist. My wife doesn't know fluent English and was not helped at all!!
