Shout out to Michael! I took my elderly mom shopping and we had difficulty with the self checkout. He quickly came to our aide and checked us out himself. Not only was he patient with us, he was super courteous making our shopping trip pleasurable. Thank you Michael! We will be returning for sure.

Switched from med shoppe just to discover that cvs pharmacy has limited hours of service too. It's not worth the drive when I could go to rite aid instead. It's closer to my home and it's open 8 - 10 PM M - F and until 6 PM on the weekend.

Nephew came in late and said a hairy man with long hair who worked there was harassing him. He needs to be put back in training for customer service.

Very helpful staff tonight! Sick baby, needed several otc products, they helped me patiently and kindly to check stock, they understood and also even said to try to see if one of their competitors was open 24 hours that is closer to me. Wow- thank you. My husband went to get everything needed and he said they again were really helpful and kind

They are very nice and used to be the best pharmacy. I dunno what happened in 2022 but there hasn't been a single month that I haven't had to go multiple times, each month to ask where my prescriptions are. Then I apparently have to help them figure out how to fill a prescription (cuz I guess they can't call doctors offices anymore, I had to wait days and days to hear nothing from cvs just go in and be told I have to call the Dr) It's been two weeks and they can't seem to figure out how to fill this medication, a med they've been filling every month for two years!!! All of a sudden this year they can't get it together. Go to this store to shop, but don't waste your time with the pharmacy. They're nice people back there and they do their best, I dunno who is dropping the ball over there but the place is a joke now. Get your Rx's filled elsewhere.

Bought two pairs of reading glasses and the hinge bolt came out of one of them the first day. I didn't keep the receipt but went back two days later on the outside chance that they would do the right thing and return them. The young lady at the counter did exactly that without any hesitation. I wish I had gotten her name so I could give her deserved kudos. I thought for sure I was going to be handed the usual, \\\"I'm sorry sir but if you don't have the receipt there's nothing I can do for you BS.\\\" Well done, young lady!

I have been with CVS for years and I must say, rather than their services improving, it has been deteriorating. Their automated system is horrible. They send me messages that are cryptic. If I put stuff on auto reorder, it still asks me if I want the prescription filled. I might as well NOT put it on auto reorder. I was getting more efficient service when I was still talking to the human pharmacists !! I used to love the CareBucks. I got a nice cash back reward after I purchase a certain level. Until recently... when you started awarding them in fractions of a dollar. They're CareBucks.. root word Buck... they're not CareCents !!!!! When I used to get, say, a $5 CareBuck coupon, I could buy something with it !!! Now theoretically I have to accumulate my coupons until I have enough to buy something. BUT THE DARN THINGS HAVE DIFFERENT EXPIRATION DATES !!! My guess is some genius in marketing said "if we do it in fractions of a dollar then people will forget they have coupons and we'll be paying out less" !! Oh and FYI, the absolute cheapest item in the store was 99cents and it was on sale. So you REALLY need at least a Buck to buy something. The last time I was in my store to pick up a refill.. there was one (1) person in pharmacy. And there were 6 people behind me in the line. There were probably three associates in the whole store !!! CVS has three large stores in Camarillo within about 2 miles of each other. I shudder to think that all of them operate the same way. Yeah, three stores all undermanned. What's wrong with that picture !!! Don't get me wrong, I'm a loyal customer. I like my pharmacists. We know each other's names ! But whoever is pulling the strings, designing the apps and making decisions on hours is really screwing these good people over and affecting customer service and satisfaction. WAKE UP PEOPLE !! TAKE A LONG HARD LOOK. !!! You are looking pretty d*** right about now !!!

I changed my medicare RX plan and in order to get the best price need to use CVS. This was a difficult choice as I previously had used one of the Burts pharmacy's in Thousand Oaks. (Incredible customer service). Having used CVS before I knew it could be iffy. I went to the CVS on Arneill which is the closest to my home. What a disaster. Pharmacy was not going to assist in any way. I had used the CVS on Carmen for misc items at Christmas and found the store staff to be very helpful. I drove over there honestly expecting them to say it couldn't be done. My prescriptions needed refill approval from my physician. I was assisted by Adrian Q. Immediately he had a smile and asked how he could assist. As I explained my situation I kept waiting for him to say no it couldn't be done. Instead he said "no problem". WHAT! Customer Service at it's best! He along with Trish, and Stephanie were surprised that the other CVS refused to even try and help. My prescriptions were filled prior to closing last night! This store gets an "A+" If I could do something nice for them I would. Some people have said they think this store needs revamping. I personally could care less how the store looks if I get customer service. I don't think it looks bad. Thank you Adrian and staff!

My experience with this store has always been great customer service, but the store itself needs a serious update. I feel like i am in a second world country. Not a bad store as far as service, and products. Good to shop at, just dont open your eyes.

Worse customer service. The manager "Jenny" tonight was not responding to the cashier calling for emergency help at the register. The cashier had to run to the back to find her. She didn't answer any of the intercom calls or me yelling through the double doors in receiving. The cashier finally found her somewhere in the back and she didn't even look like she cared that people were waiting for 15 minutes. How can you allow a manager to run a store that has no sense of urgency and to STAY ON THE FLOOR IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY!!!! Where's the common sense at 9:30pm. She immediately ran to the back again to attend to something that was more important than taking care of the customers or to make the cashier feel better. Also: The cashier was super stressed and scared that she wasn't anywhere to be found. You can't allow this manager to be in charge and putting the employees safety at risk. I will be contacting the corporate office tomorrow to report her careless and dangerous behavior. Don't believe me?? Look at your camera footage. This was extremely unacceptable
