Marcus was very lazy and unprofessional. I won’t be recommending this location to tourists.

What a terrible pharmacy they're engaging in criminal activity. I sent in a refill for some important timely medicine on Tuesday January 4th my prescription was over on Jan 6th got an automated response that said they were waiting for medicine to come in. I patiently waited for them to let me know that they had it even though I needed my medicine but CVS messed around and waited until Friday the 7th and then called me and said my prescription was no longer valid even though I called in the prescription two days before it was out. This company is withholding medical meds that we're prescribed by my doctor what kind of company is this?. They could have up front told me they weren't going to fill the prescription instead they led me on purposely keeping me from accessing my medicine in a timely manner. let that sink in....purposely withholding medicine that was prescribed by my doctor keeping me from having access to it by letting me think that they were going to fill it. They delayed me getting my medicine by 4 days this is criminal ! CVS is an engaging in criminal activity. they obviously did this on purpose because they didn't want to fill the prescription for whatever reason it appears they know better than my own doctor and are just moving forward on that decision-making process. Apparently their pharmacist thinks that they're smarter than my doctor. Before you order medicine or do any kind of business with CVS let that sink in. CVS apparently knows better than your own doctor. I will never ever for any reason set foot in a CVS pharmacy not even to buy toilet paper. Again they have lost me as a consumer for life what a piece of crap company. If they didn't want to fill my prescription they should have just told me in the beginning and I would have moved on. oh and by the way I've got it filled somewhere else already. like I said I will never set foot in a CVS for a stick of gum ever again they've lost me as a consumer for life!

After checking the website for our local CVS on Santa Rosa Road, the site clearly stated that appointments AND walk-ins were welcome. The sign on the door reiterated the same message with the caveat in small print "according to vaccine availability." We arrived at the pharmacy window at 10:40. Not only was there no line, the store was virtually deserted. The pharmacist told us that it was appointment only and that they were NOT taking any walk-in. We referred to both the website and the sign but, she was adamant and incorrect. She could have administered the shots to us in under five minutes but, instead, was snarky about it and has now lost two customers for good.

I love everyone that works here. They actually remember you and ask about everything going on. I had to pick up painkillers after getting my wisdom teeth removed and the pharmacist was so kind she literally reminded me of my mom. She was so concerned and had to make sure I was okay. Also there's a guy at checkout who is the sweetest guy I've ever met. He's very personable and has the most positive attitude :) I moved to SoCal from NYC four years ago and I still can't get over the kindness here. Maybe it's a small town thing but I really like everyone here.

Very lovely staff. I felt well taken care of. Restrooms are always clean. They have good protection setup for Covid-19 to allow for social distancing during checkout. When I ask for help they know where to find what I'm looking for.

I've had the same insurance for years. The pharmacy had a problem with my insurance not going through. I went home and called my insurance company. They told me to have the pharmacy call them because the person at CVS was not billing it correctly. So I go back to CVS with the name and telephone number of the person I spoke with at my insurance company. The lady at the pharmacy said (and I quote) "I've already wasted 20 minutes of my time with your insurance company and I'm not going to waste anymore time with them" I transferred all of my prescriptions to RiteAid pharmacy.

The photo above is NOT the Santa Rosa store. It is the Mission Oaks location, which is 2-3 times larger than the Santa Rosa location. I moved my prescriptions from this store to the one on Mission Oaks because of what appears to be serious understaffing. The lines to pick up a prescription are very long and e terribly slow. The pharmacist is sweet, but always busy. Only one cash register at the Pharmacy so the line is quite long and slow. I see a review that includes a mention of Patrick, who is at Mission Oaks, NOT Santa Rosa. So that 5 star review is in the wrong place.

I go out of my way to avoid THIS CVS (and instead go to the EXCELLENT one nearby on Mission Road in Camarillo. Some of my experiences at the Sant Rosa store: 1) They accidentally gave me someone else's 30 day prescription for an antidepressant instead of what was prescribed for ME-- simply a 2 week antibiotic! (Not a complex task to do correctly.)They nicely apologized for the error, BUT if I hadn't recognized it was for someone else's prescription mixed up with mine, it would have been a serious problem! 2) Their coupon machine is junk & often unusable (it was broken both times I tried to shop there in the past 10 days), so trying to get the promised coupons is impossible. 3) Their cashiers are sweet BUT the store is disorganized and poorly run. 4) Good luck if you have a question & need someone to assist you. Suggestion: CVS has great coupons etc-- just avoid THIS store.

This pharmacy is legitimately the best CVS pharmacy I have been to. The customer service is incredible and pharmacy manager is incredibly kind, genuine, and sweet. I trust them completely with my pharmaceutical needs. 5 stars!

Beware!! Do not come to this pharmacy. Their wait times are extremely long. They are also untruthful about their wait times. Go to any other cvs to get your prescriptions, do not come here!

I am new in the area and have used several CVS pharmacies. I would think about changing to another pharmacy except that we travel in our RV for extended periods of time and sometimes must use an out-of -state CVS to fill our prescriptions. That being said, I do not like to be ignored as I stand in line and wait while no one is at the counter ahead of me. The staff is always engaged in some other task and does not acknowledge that I am waiting. This has never happened at any of the other CVS stores I frequent. It makes me feels disrespected. I just feel I should be valued as a person regardless of how busy they are or how pressured they are to complete their current task. Am I being picky?

I have always been very thankful and appreciative of this CVS. The staff at the store has always been very attentive, professional, and courteous. The pharmacy staff is tremendous and can't say enough about how amazing Patrick the pharmacy technician is. Everyone at this pharmacy is awesome, but he is the most talented and capable pharmacy tech that I have ever met in my life. I don't know if CVS Corporate ever reads Yelp, but you need to give Patrick a raise and teach every employee in every organization to be like him - he is just a talented and tremendous and amazing person. The rest of the store is pretty great too, but Patrick is the best.
