New pharmacy closes for lunch breaks of 12:30-1 weekdays and sat and 1-2 sunday are not posted at all next to hours sign inside pharmacy, incorrectly 12:30-1 every day on cvs site, and not shown in google results hours. Pharmacist was extremely rude when I complained having to come back after hitting the closed time and refused to do anything to escalate the issue. Told me to call cvs support myself and argued w me. Glad they are getting lunch breaks but comms need urgent fixing.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! RUN, DON'T WALK TO A PHARMACY THAT EMPLOYS CARING AND COMPONENT PHARMACIST'S THAT ARE ABLE TO UNCOVER A DIFFICULT PAPERWORK ISSUE AND DO NOT INSTEAD ACCUSE A CUSTOMER OF FRAUDULENT WAYS OF TRYING TO FILL A LEGITIMATE PRESCRIPTION . IF I WERE TOLD THAT CVS WAS THE LAST PHARMACY IN THE WORLD, I WOULD DEMAND A RE-COUNT AND THEN DROP BECAUSE I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Carpeted floors are biological bombs, and they are in every CVS! The area behind the counter at every CVS I have had to shop in, those areas are cluttered and filthy. The shelves are always dusty and so many missing products that the dust shows more. Never enough staff to ask a question let alone walk you to an aisle. Why would I shop in a dusty, cluttered store? Well no more, I am shopping at small, non-chain drug stores, prices are virtually the same anyways.

The phone prompts was one thing to navigate through, but when that's not enough, a simple solution from a pharmacist could answer. I truly am ungrateful waiting on the phone for the amount of time it takes for me to drive out there twice! Doctor issued an inhaler yesterday and I'm glad that they completed their part. Now my pharmacy will not do their part in filling that prescription.

This is a tough one. CVS in Newbury where I live had a hard time filling this prescription, was told this one had a ton of it. I've gone 3 times now, 2 of them resulted in lines that were absurdly long, winding through the aisles, sick/elderly people galore coughing all over the place and unvaxxed, and honestly couldn't be slower. Both times there is 1 person working the front and 2 standing in the back slowwwwlllyyy sorting medication. 2 registers can be used. When a Karen has a question, the cashier answers it while we all stand there. I've worked retail for a decade now and if there's a line out the door, both registers should be used. It took me 35-45 minutes both times just to get to the front of the line, then unfortunately both times the pharmacist is running around like a chicken with their head cut off sorting through incredibly unorganized piles of bags, coming back to the computer 3-5 times to double check the name or whatever. Called today since they are late on a prescription. First time, was on hold for 47 minutes. Thought maybe they're on lunch and called my old CVS to see if I could just transfer it over there. They immediately had a voicemail thing saying they were on lunch and would be back at 2pm. Called this store back and have now been on hold for 17 minutes. It's absurd. I have noticed when I'm in line physically that the phone just rings and rings and rings....people call pharmacies because they're sick or injured and can't just pop in and wait in line. In my case, I live 25 minutes away and only have 1 day a week off. I'm adding a star because the pharmacists have always been nice and apologetic about how long the line is taking. I hate writing negative reviews but medication is something serious and should be treated as such. EDIT: after writing this review I had to go pick up a prescription, I waited for more than 35 minutes in the first line only to be told I had to go wait in another line right next to the first line because my "prescription wasn't ready" even though it was their mistake that they hadn't filled it yet. Waited 20 in second line. They put in my prescription, I got back in the first line, and 35 minutes when I got to the front of that one again, I had received the text saying it was ready. A PAIN. Do yourself a favor and look up other pharmacies in the area.

Great customer service. The pharmacy I usually go to ran out of the medication that I needed. This CVS pharmacy not only had it but also helped to transfer my prescription quickly. I had my medication ready to pick up in 30 minutes. They were busy, but I am so glad I was able to find help here.

The worst possible pharmacy around. They don't answer the phone most of the time. I had surgery yesterday needed stronger medication was called in in the 9'clock hour this morning heard nothing called waited on hold 20 min no one picked up got lucky when I called back. She said it would be ready at 4. Called back to check and see if ready still not in system. Just held for over an hour trying to get status. Before I had someone come and get it. Since it wasn't in the system still. No one ever picked up. Beyond LAME!! Definitely not coming back to this rat hole place. I'd give zero stars but to post this I have to give at least 1. Enjoying my pain all day.

Rude customer service. Heavy set gentleman with a blue polo and glasses was more worried about restocking than helping me find what I was looking for. Would not recommend this CVS, just go to the one at carmen drive.

Unethical business practice administered by the pharmacy department. My 7 year olds father took my 7 year old and my 16 year old and lied then gave them both the vaccine without my knowledge. One doesn't have his last name even but she still got the shot. They didn't ask her for consent and didn't question if she WANTED the shot. They just jabbed her. Calling the store, resulted in them saying "did one of your kids get the shot without your consent?". Immediately forwarded me to the legal team at CVS. So, you need two parents to enroll your child in school, at the Doctors office or have a legal document showing you have Power of Attorney or you are the Full Custodial Parent but you only need ONE parent to show up and ask for the shot and they can get it. I'm all for vaccines as long as BOTH parents AGREED on the shot. This time, CVS really did cross the line. Just sick. I will not be shopping at your stores and I will be blasting this all over and involving the news. This is EXTREMELY unethical. SHAME on CVS. May God have mercy on your soul. Disgusting business practice.

Very rude. Workers shout complaints at customers across the room instead of simply speaking to them.
