Worst customer service ever and they are very lazy
Pharmacist Luke has the worst attitude towards customers.They refuse to fill my prescription because they had to go for lunch in 15 minutes.
The refill would of take them less than 5 minutes
Please like this should not be in customer service industry.
And the lady in the back was threatening to call security for no reason

This CVS is great to work with. The pharmacist, Sara, will spend extra time helping you and call your insurance company if necessary. Plus, she always remembers my name. I feel like I am visiting family when I go there. I highly recommend them.

There are highly professional and well-trained personnel at 209 Ventura Bl., especially a beautiful tall lady who took care of my vaccination. She provided me with the needed information, administered two shots, which I didn't even feel, and gave me post-vaccination instructions -- all with a nice, friendly smile! Great service.

This is a wonderful pharmacy. I try to fill my prescriptions when Sarah is the on-duty pharmacist. She’s the most helpful and most kind pharmacist I’ve had help me. Besides that, she’s always upbeat and friendly.

Yesterdays visit (1/30/22 10:32 am) to pick up prescriptions, I witnessed what was probably the worst retail experience I've had in a long time....a clerk I had never seen before was clearly having a bad day and exhibited clear signs of failing the customer service test on \\\" How to talk to customers with respect \\\" I'm fairly certain we weren't the only ones who noticed her tantrum. We will be changing our pharmacy for sure.....can't continue to support any business that hires such untrained and unmotivated employees to handle such critically important medicines....if there is anyplace that requires at least some focus, it would be Pharmacies

This specific cvs pharmacy has the kindest employees. The two Sarah’s and Luke are always pleasant and friendly and take the time to answer my questions with patience. They have the fastest service out of all the cvs pharmacies in Camarillo. I normally wait fifteen minutes to drop off and pick up a prescription. This team is the best!
