Really nice selection of clothes and the deals are really nice. The only issue I have with it is that all returns HAVE to be made at this store and are cannot be made at a regular Express store.

Normal shopping experience except for a guy and a girl talking to each other from different isles. They were sitting in the same spot for a while, talking, and making people feel uncomfortable when they needed to shop in “their” area. Guy moved after I was there for a while, then came back and proceeded to act weird when women would shop in his vicinity.

I just bought this, I shop here more then I should and out of all the times I've been here I felt unwelcome, & it was the manager Cynthia I believe is here name. I was initially looking at the dresses that are located in the front she made some loud noise which grabbed my attention she was holding items in her hand I'm assuming she wanted me to move so I did. That was my first interaction with her I browsed the store I did eventually find a skirt I liked the one in the picture but it had a few strings hanging loose it's a knitted skirt I asked if there was any others in I was informed there wasn't I asked for a discount as the product is obviously not in prime condition. Cynthia told me no, because any faulty items are sent back and disposed of I bought the skirt anyway. It was disappointing because I shop here often and instead of making a client happy she would rather dispose of it. I didn't expect much but a $1 or $2 would of made me feel content as I am getting a defected item. I hope to be able to fix it if not I'll return it I suppose

Found some nice things for my son. The staff worrying more about the merchandise being neatly folded, instead of helping me was annoying. And I didn't stay there to continue to shop. I probably would have purchased more if I wasn't annoyed.
