I needed a printing job done with special paper. I brought it to them. They sized everything and did a trial print to make sure everything was to good quality. They did an excellent job.

I have always had nice experiences with FedEx in the past, but the store leaves much to be desired. Unprofessional treatment and poor service. I will still use FedEx, but not the Camarillo store.

I am constantly being charged additional fees. First it was $2.50 for counter assistance. Today is was $7.99 for enhancement fees for something I've sent in the exact same way multiple times. Plus the $2.50 fee.

Wow this place and business has gone drastically down hill.All I went in for was to print 1 sheetThat I had from email.It was my shipping label, then it came out as a full sheet size.I will ship the other guys from now on.I totally understand it’s a business and procedures.But the guy working this morningDidn’t want to help at all showing me how I can print this correctly.What happened toFedEx office standards?Friendly and politeYes we can! let me show you how!Maybe it’s just the employee

They have great staff. I've never had a problem they can't solve. I keep my printing expense money on one of their cards, and when it needed a refill they took the time to walk me through the process to refill the card. Machines are always up, and if anyone is waiting they ask if they can speed things up from behind the counter.Another nice thing is their clean bathroom. It may not seem important, but it's a comfort to know they have one for their customers if needed

Called. Wouldn't allow me to speak direct w store employer;spent 30 min going round round on automation robot. Never got my technical issues answered or solved. Got no help at all,Wouldn't allow direct dppeakkkkWhere's, and internet showed open till 6pm -- but auto answer said closed at 5pm. Internet ad.

Do not bother processing a passport here... they give you an inaccurate information and cause major delays. My passports were returned for my entire family because of their incompetence which in turn ruined a vacation. The absolute worst! Do not even bother coming here. No one knows what they're doing and they give you the wrong information.... There is no one in charge. No one to talk to you. It is an absolute joke. Spent $400 on four passports that were returned, and ultimately had to cancel the trip.

Not capable of doing passport work. You still have to go to a passport office to get an authorized signature. Not much help here.

Julian was a lifesaver. I needed a ton of programs printed for a wedding asap (the day before), and was also having trouble with the online program for assembling the program in proper page order. I came in first thing Friday morning, spoke with Julian. Within about 3 minutes he printed up the program exactly as I wanted it, fixing all the issues with page order I had been having. I asked when he could have the full batch printed, he said should be no problem by mid afternoon but likely earlier. I left, and got a call back about 90 minutes later that everything was complete. Saved us from a ton of stress. Would definitely go here again.
