Diane, Mario and Charles were all very helpful. They were efficient, polite and welcoming. They explained everything and answered all my questions. The facility is clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend it if security, great staff and great facility is what you are looking for

I've been there for 5 years (climate controlled units) and do not recall any serious issues. If I had, it was resolved immediately.

When others said no, these guys said Yes! The customer service at the storage facility was exceptional. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always eager to assist with any inquiries or issues I had. They provided clear and prompt communication, making the rental process smooth and HASSLE FREE. Additionally, they were accommodating to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. We had a very good experience for several years using storage space at Golden State. The facility was always clean and organized. The staff were very friendly and responsive to any questions or requests. Our move is a generational thing. We’re joining our daughter and her husband in a larger facility that is closer and more convenient for them.
