I cannot believe the poor customer service for a Gucci store, outlet or not. I have been trying to purchase an item to have it sent to me. I know exactly what I want. I have called twice over the past 7 days and was assured a client advisor would get back to me to take my order within 48 hours. I was even told they would copy the manager on the email request they would make. Well, 7 days later, no call or outreach of any kind. I hope in-store business is good for them because there is no service for phone orders. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

How disappointing!!! Poorest customer service in all the Gucci stores I have been in around the world. I arrived at the store 15 minutes after opening.There was already a line with 5-7 people ahead of me. However, when I looked inside the store, I saw no customers but a number of sales associates seemingly putting the store in order. Shouldn't this been done prior to opening!!?? Half an hour later, one of the customers in line finally asked the security guard why no one was being let in. it was only at this point that customers were finally let into the store in pairs.The is store is pretty small but they had enough sales associates to assist and let customers inside but instead, they made their customers wait outside in a line to make it appear that the store is epically busy and popular.After over 40 minutes of waiting in line, I was finally let in by a sales associate. I went through the store by myself for about 15 minutes and then I had a question about an item. I saw that the Associate who let me in the store was busy helping another customer so I turned around to asked the associate standing near me my question. He immediately dismissed me and asked me who let me in the store in a rude manner. I pointed to that associate who was clearly helping another customer and he told me that I needed to return to that associate for my question. He then just walked away. I was appalled. I walked over to him and asked for his name. He unintelligently muttered Judd or John but refused to give his last name but said that he was the store manager. I found this to be extremely poor customer service as he was not doing anything, and he could have just easily answered my question. This experience was a complete turn off, and I just walked out of the store. Lastly, I was just at the Cabazon store two days prior and the service there was impeccable.

Bad service. I asked to try on a pair of shoes. The lady helping me completely forgot and when I found her to ask again I had to say "excuse me" a few times to get her attention. I ended up walking out because it wasn't worth it. Cabazon outlet has better service.

It was worth the drive to Camarilla. The staff was friendly, professional, and courteous and helped me shop from the moment I walked in. They don't have everything on the floor so belt sizing isn't as limited as expected. The store is clean and the inventory is surprisingly large. I bought a beautiful cream chain wallet that had just come in the day before, and a GG belt. Both came in boxes and wrapped up nicely. The discount was significant and much appreciated. I will definitely be back.

I would give them zero, if I could! Worst experience from an “high end” brand store EVER! Went there a week after 4th of July, waited in the line forever, eventhough they were not busy (clearly putting up a show). After I started complaining they let me in… Alexander “Aly” (or what ever her name is) was the one who let me in with her unpleasant and rude attitude as to why Im complaining. Went back a week later and purchased a pair of shoes… at the time of check out Alexander (AGAIN) help me to check out. She never told me about their return/exchange policy (unlike any other store). 2 days later I decided I am not happy with my purchase so I drove 50 miles to return. I waited in the line and eventually I was told they only do exchange and no refund! Started complaining that I HAD NO CLUE ABOUT EXCHANGE ONLY! and it was your sales asossiate responsibility to tell me that BEFORE, BEFORE, BEFORE!!!!! I purchased an expensive item… associate went and called Aly, and she told her no return over the phone. I asked for a manager and her AGAIN, came with this VERY RUDE attitude back on me that IT IS NOT HER RESPONSIBILITY TO TELL US THAT! It is on the receipt! I told her, for the past 15-20 min here every sales associate has been telling the policy to their customers… and you are the only one that says “we dont have to tell you our policy”. I care less if its on the receipt or it is written with a 5 font under your register that no one see. What is that going to change when you see the receipt after the purchase. I WAS FORCED TO KEEP OR EXCHANGE THE SHOES! I will call the corporate and complain further…. Your employee, ALEXANDER, who represented her to be a manager, is putting up a very ugly picture and impression of your store! Maybe send her to an anger management and training sessions). I would not write this if I did not have the same experience all 3 times in the past 15 days! FIX IT!!!!

Gucci !They carried boutique items that were priced much lower then the classic items. Suitcases, bags, sunglasses, clothing, shoes, watches and jewelry. No line, no crowds on a Tuesday afternoon.The selection was just "ok" The salesman was absolutely perfect! He modeled bags and was very attentive to us. We walked out with three bags.Loved every minute and will return.

A sales clerk who called herself Nadia, after I asked her for her name, and who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude to me when I asked her to show me an accessory. Instead of giving a polite answer, she mumbled a remark about me rather wanting to pay the retail price when I asked her what the estimated retail value of that item would be. I was with someone who regularly visits that store and regularly makes significant purchases there. We were both very upset at how Nadia was conducting herself making rude remarks with a smirk and had a negative attitude the entire time. Are the stores that desperate for employees these days to have hired such an unqualified person, who seemed like straight from the streets, especially a store as high brow and reputable as GUCCI (an outlet or not)? No customer should be treated this way!

The service was very efficient and polite. The selection , as you'd expect from an outlet was limited: the sizes, even more so. The prices were amazing, however, and hence I highly recommend a visit.

Horrific customer service. Been here three times since it's close to home. I always left with a purchased item. But not once I was treated nicely by the staff. They pick and choose whom they will help. And today, when I finally called out a staff for not being helped, she threw me a huge tantrum while I was paying. I remained calm while she kept rolling her eyes. She kept mumbling "I am doing the best I can" while I tried my best not to say anything anymore so the situation will no longer escalate. I couldn't believe this happened. I believe this was the manager since she was calling the shots on the radio.

So glad this opened up! There used to be a Gucci store in the fashion court a long time ago, but it closed down roughly 2 years ago.This new location is in the main court (I think that's what it's called) a couple of stores away from Michael Kors.This location is quite large compared to the other luxe brand locations in the outlets. It's also roomy, clean, and organized. When I went there was a short line of about 5 people not too long after open.There are some items I haven't seen in the main store for a while such as the cherry and heart trainers as well as the Soho Disco Camera bag. From what I checked out prices are the same. Except for the soho disco bag that I've been eyeing for a while--not a fan of you, inflation! There's also a variety of slg's to choose from which is great. Overall, it's a wonderful new location where you can purchase any Gucci item past and present with the enjoyment of the lowest sales tax I've seen in SoCal so far--7.25%. Shoutout to the crew whose names I've sadly forgotten... they were awesome helping me decide on a purchase for better or for worse. Happy shopping!

The worst store ever!!! Go to Topanga and shop there, pay 10% more and be treated right!Went there twice, first time for Mother's Day gifts, sure, there was a line, and as with most luxury brands they control the number of people but the experience was horrible (I'll explain when I get to the second visit). I assumed they just opened couple months ago, busy holiday, so we bought 4-5k worth of stuff and left.We went again today and it was even worse. We were second in line, 12 people left the store and the security guard would not let anyone in still, that is fine, not his fault, he was a nice guy, but he was getting orders from this lady inside.No hi, no reception, no welcome, no smile.. immediately to what can I help you find, barely could look at anything after 40 minutes wait in line. Everything we looked at we were rushed and pressured. There was a group of people together in there and chatter was "we have a lot of browsers taking too long"Nordstrom in Topanga (LV and Chanel) amazing serviceStores in Topanga good service
