About H&M
H&M offers a range of clothes that some customers find cheap and sometimes a gem. The quality of clothing is not the same as when the customer lived in Europe, and some customers now purchase less. Staff are very helpful; one customer walked in and the sales person went in the back and brought out an item for a wife, and the customer bought it and left satisfied. Another customer returned a blue blazer online, but was advised on color ties and handkerchiefs and decided to keep it. The clearance section can be cramped and small.

It’s a hit or miss :/ Sometimes the staff is very helpful but other times they seems to be more attentive to their personal conversations, besides that it is nice spacious location

Not the quality of clothing I remember fromWhen I lived in Europe. Clothing seems a lot cheaper. I don't purchase too much from here anymore but I did buy a dress.
