I know why this business has five stars. I worked with Chad directly. He confirmed a blown transmission in my Mom’s older model Subaru. He was professional, understanding, flexible, and really went above and beyond for our family. He has been my mom’s mechanic for some time and she has always raved about him being helpful, kind, and fair. My own interaction with him has been that and so much more. When I drove home my neighbor noticed something hanging from under my engine. When I looked it seemed to be a plastic shield of some sort. I asked my neighbor where I should take it. He recommended Pierson Automotive. I drove to Pierson Automotive which was not far away, and a guy greeted me. His name was Chad Pierson, owner. I explain my problem and he looked at it and told me to wait in the waiting room. 10 minutes later my car was ready and the problem was resolved. Chad also said that there would be no charge. FAST and QUICK and FRIENDLY too. Pierson Automotive is in my directory when I need automotive help. Thanks Chad. They are located off Adolfo Road near the Taco Bell.

Finding a competent and honest auto repair facility for your car can be nerve-racking. With Pierson's Automotive, you don't have to worry anymore because you will be in good hands. Chad and his team have maintained my entire family's vehicles for over 6 years. We have always had a good experience, and the prices are very reasonable. I completely trust my cars to Chad.

Pierson has earned my trust. - My previous mechanic told me I needed new high-end brake pads and rotors right away...to the tune of $760. I called Pierson for a quote (which was $280 cheaper). HOWEVER....upon further inspection, Chad informed me I had over 10k miles of life left on my current brakes and there was no need to replace. Further, he charged me $0 for the inspection. Clearly my previous mechanic was taking advantage of me and lost a customer for life.

Fair, fast and friendly. Chad and company are fantastic mechanics, honest and fairly priced. If you need anything from an oil change to major repairs Pierson should be at the top of your list. I've only had my headlights replaced, but they do a great job, don't overcharge (another place told me they wanted $700!!), and they are pretty quick.

Great honest shop, my wife's Prius had a wheel stud that would just spin and wouldn't allow me to remove the wheel. I was afraid it would need a whole new hub (more $$$) but these guys here were able to remove it and install new studs for me. They even took the car next door and had America's tire mount 4 brand new tires, then back for a 4 wheel alignment all while I was at work. Came picked up the car and it drives like new. Thanks Pierson Automotive for the fast, honest work and very reasonably priced as well.

Great auto shop! I called an hour in advance and got my alignment done within the hour! Needed my break pads to be replaced, got an appointment for the next morning and it was done by noon! Great customer service and great work!Services: General repairs & maintenance
