The mechanics showed me the condition of the filters that needed replacing, and offered options. They also told me what they *couldn’t* do and suggested places to get the work done.

Quick and friendly… however this location does not meet you at your car unlike most other locations. They also failed to clean the windows and vacuum the interior. They also did not check exterior light function - I have a blinker out and they didn’t ask if I’d like them to replace. They did a great job of the bare minimum required for an oil change only. Definitely not the signature service.

Ramon, the manager at Jiffy Lube in Camarillo,
was sooo Wonderful when i told him i had been waiting almost an hour for an inspection i needed for Uber. He literally dropped what he was doing & got an Inspection Form & clipboard & proceeded to do a safety inspection. It only took about 15 minutes and Ramon was so pleasant & cheerful…as were all the staff there.
I will Definately return to that Jiffy Lube for my yearly inspections!!!

Rupert did a careful service on my car while I waited. He did not rush things so it took an hour but I appreciated how he carefully explained what I might want to do on my car next. Definitely going back.

Everyone was nice, but it was incredibly slow. They were not that crowded, some people were standing around, and it took close to an hour, even though I pulled right in when I got there.

If a car is not in there computer they won’t change oil. You would think they never saw a Chevy 350 engine in a Nova
That’s sad when the store can’t put in 5 quarts oil and a filter
