Stephanie went above and beyond to get us an item that wasn’t currently in stock when we came on Labor Day weekend - honoring the discount they had at that time & even offering to ship it to us at no cost. The other staff didn’t offer to take down our information or do this for us, but Stephanie did. Thank you so much Stephanie! You’re a rockstar and provided superb customer service.

LOVE this store and the staff!! Lost 1 star because the prices have to match what gets rung up at the register. I hate when I have to pay that close attention and then argue to get it corrected when it's wrong. They did fix it and said that's sometimes a problem in their system. They have the best sales! Great time to pick up little gifts, especially when there is a 70% off + extra 20% off.

I've visited this store several times and i am never actually assisted as I shop. The employees are really rude. I literally felt like I was interrupting a group of mean girls chatting. I had to ask a question about a bag and the answer was very brief so they could continue their group chat. The manager was there chatting with them. They act like you are bothering them. I will definitely try a different store and possibly brand going forward. I honestly expect better treatment as a customer.

Shoutouts to the beautiful double decked carousel. You honestly brighten up all my photos and make them glamorous! Also, sea lions in their semi-natural habitat, pretty awesome. I'm saying semi-natural because clearly the wooden boards are built for them to use.YAY Kate Spade. Not a place for me to buy stuff, but definitely a pretty place to look at!

I've been going back to Mashid since 2010 (bought engagement ring then) to have some simple custom things done that had significant meaning. Kate Spade Outlet + Mashid always worked with my budget but nevertheless has been able to produce beautiful pieces for me. Thank you Kate Spade Outlet. You have a customer for life.

I shop in this particular store multiple times throughout the year and spend thousands of dollars. I've never encountered a rude employee, everyone has always been very nice until my visit yesterday. A young lady was very sweet and assisting me with my purchase and a few items were not matching up price wise according to their promotions listed, so I was asking her about it. A very rude male injected himself into my conversation and said no this is the price. I walked away with the sweet young lady towards the cash register only to have the guy blurt out, " do u want it or not"?. I turned around and asked him, excuse me what did u just say? He repeated himself with a bigger attitude this time. I said, you can't speak to me this way. I'm not even speaking to you. I'm being handled by this nice sales lady. He responded back that he can speak to me how he likes and how I needed to calm down and I should leave the store if I don't like it. I was shocked by the conversation he was having with me. I asked what his name was and he refused to give it to me and said that he has a right not to give me his name. I asked the young lady what his name was and of course she was afraid since he was standing next to her and stayed quiet. I figured quickly that he must be her superior. I called the customer care line immediately while I was at the store and entered a formal complaint about him. I was then notified that his name is George and he is in fact the supervisor of the store. I cannot comprehend in these hard times how people like him have these titles and so many are suffering to find jobs. Furthermore, I get a call from the store manager the next day named Rhonnna and quickly realize how this was possible because she too came to his defense quickly and was hardly apologetic for the situation. It all made sense and I just felt sorry for the other employees who were so nervous as to what was happening to me and they couldn't even speak. So shameful of Kate Spade brand to honor these two individuals into management with such bad behavior. The pricing of this store is way off and they are tricking you with signage that is not clear for their items and u less you are double checking everything at the register you will be scammed into the pricing. I had to tell the sales rep multiple times to change the price based on the sign where the item was found. I will be contacting BBB and the consumer affairs. I just don't feel right about these two individuals into management with this store. Here's the picture of George who discriminated against me and wanted me out the store because I caught him in gauging prices of their items as he switched signs in front of me. Unbelievable!!!

In an era that there is shortage of ppl who want to work, and the ppl who do work aren't the greatest at customer service I had the most outstanding experience at this beautiful store! Alex blew my mind! I was in the store a few weeks ago and asked an associate if they had a specific necklace that matched a set of earrings I had gotten there 6mo ago. I knew it was slim to no chance but she mentioned they get one every once in a while. She asked me to leave my number and if she happen to come across it she would contact me. I definitely didn't think she would remember and doubted they'd get one. 2 weeks later, my phone rings and it's Margret another wonderful sales associate who mentions that they received the necklace and Alex had remembered me. I was floored. With the help of Margaret I was able to purchase it online and even got it shipped to my home for free! This is by far the most amazing experience I have ever had at a retail store. I absolutely love my necklace and the set is so gorgeous. I've gotten compliments on it already. Thank you to these two associates and whoever their management is, I applaud you for such wonderful hires! Happy happy customer for life!
