Fantastic location !!The store manager Anthony is super Genuine and straight to it!I had a discrepancy incident with a previous purchase and the assistant manager Hector dissected the entire situation and assessed things with pin-point accuracy,These two individuals absolutely reflect the high end standards of Lacoste at its fullest caliber!!

So today is Saturday March 25th 2022 about 5pm some white guy with glasses was organizing shirts throughout the store, I was looking for a shirt and laid it out to see if the size was right, he looked annoyed. So then shoes are on sale they tear the lids off the boxes. I wanted a complete box for the shoes I was gifting and they refused to give me a box, it's not a big deal it's a cardboard fckn box. Anyways they all seemed mad and I will never shop there again it was a horrible experience. My brother spends of money alot there unfortunately.

From a phone call to in-store customer assistance, Anthony has been absolutely stellar with his professionalism, customer service, product knowledge, and friendliness. He helped me find the right Polo sizes and understand the differences of the fit for my lifestyle. I purchased several items during this visit due to the confidence I found in the product because of Anthony. We need more professionals like him. Get this guy promoted!

Good selection of clothes and decent sales. Staff seemed friendly enough but the store seemed a bit drab. There was no spark or nothing very special about the store. But I guess you’re there to shop for sales!

6:35 pm the worker JOHN decided to close shop when the store hours clearly state that the store should be open until 7pm. I wanted to buy some shirts for my kids and he wouldn't open the door. I asked him why is the store closed at 6:35 when all the stores including his are supposed to close at 7pm. He just replied with an attitude that the store is closed and that's it. I called the store to ask why is the store closed 25 minutes before closing time and he replied that it's closed and if i call again he is going to call security. I told him that i would complain to corporate about this and he told me: Good luck with that! What a shame that a store of that stature hires that type of "wanna get home soon" workers that cannot serve customers correctly. I hope someone from corporate will reply to this review with a phone number to call and complain.

I put a $500 coat on hold and left the store for a moment. When I returned it was still 11 minutes before closing but the employees had locked the door. I proceeded to knock snd call out to them, as I could see them inside the store, but they pretended to ignore me and turned off the lights, complete shitting down the store prior to closing time and rudely disregarding a customer who was simply trying to pay for an item well within store hours. While in the store the employees had seemed unfriendly and discourteous, but this was shockingly unprofessional. The worst retail experience one could have.
