School shopping with a pre-teen is not always easy, but the service we received from Alisha and Efrain was exceptional. They were both in the fitting room area directing customers to the fitting rooms, even with helping others, folding clothes to place back in the store, they helped me look for different sizes, gave me style ideas and provided service with a smile. Never once did they have a look of disdain or irritation to any customers. They were both well spoken, smiled, made eye contact and went above and beyond in their service.

Levi's is a classic for a reason! The store was well-organized and had a great selection of jeans, but the real highlight was the staff. Alexis was super helpful in finding the perfect fit and style for me. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're looking for quality denim and excellent service.

Honestly, I consider this store inaccessible and incredibly inconvenient. All of the small sizes are at the very top of the shelves, basically at the ceiling. It is impossible to get any of the small sizes without an employee grabbing each individual pant. I am very disappointed that Levi's has not realized that any shopper that needs small sizes basically needs an employee to be following them around like a personal shopper (which the employees are not willing to do). Levi's needs to find an alternative solution to this problem.

The staff at the Levi's store at the Camarillo outlets were very helpful (i.e. made quick and proactive work in finding a pair of jeans in my sjze) and kind (accomodating, kind and cheerful during my multiple trips to the fitting rooms and ringing up my purchase). Big kudos to Camarillo Levi's...a pleasure shopping there!
