My husband and I walked in yesterday evening there was about three guys talking didn’t even greet us once felt very awkward I had to step out immediately cant have that energy with me people not having manners. I hope the manager would say something do you guys not have interviews and just hire each others friends. It’s always at this LIDS who don’t know about customer service apparently.

This spot has nice hats not like other lids stores. The one star is for how I was judged yesterday.due to me being tatted up. First , when I walked in Eyes were on me non stop . second, both my cards got declined due to reaching my spending limit Cashier said oh sorry our systems been acting up im like its cool .. but My uncle over heard one of the other employees a little short guy with tattoos tell his employee rudely make sure you check his Id and get signatures because this never happens at our store. If I had heard that for sure I would took my buisness else where

Came in with a friend to THREE employees talking to eachother. Greeted not a single time. They looked at us and then continued on about whatever the hell was so important about their personal lives. We walked around the shop looking for something specific. Clearly I wasn't browsing for nothing. Not once asked if we needed help. Walked to the front to look at the other Laker selection and still nothing. Walking to the door no goodbye either, just eye contact with one when I looked back into the store. I don't know if it was because we were two 20 year old girls that we aren't what they think we are as customers, but I HAPPILY walked my a** to the other Lids and purchased a hat there. Pathetic associates.

Don't have any specials prices on apparels only regulars same of same. Mostly Dodgers apparels only. The manager shows strong actitud she demand not inviting you. To choice on short period of time what hat you final want to buying. I personal don't like the tone of her voice for customers.

Customer service doesn't exist here. Came in looking for a jersey that's on sale at every lids / locker room. Asked if the jersey I was interested was on sale, princess of a little boy that was working didn't even give me eye contact and said no. As I said okay he begins to giggle like a little 10 year old saying someone had cooties. Take your money else where, these "hip" trash employees ran this place down.

Cool spot for all your apparel needs. They also do sewing of your interest with their high capacity software. Hats, shirts, beanies etc. My purpose is is customized hats and beanies. ?

Terrible customer service. I awkwardly stood around for 5-10 minutes in front of an employee working at the embroidery station and it wasn’t until I spoke up first that he said I ordered at the main register. I would’ve spoken up sooner but I was trying to be patient and polite while he was working the machine. Why do you think I’m standing in front of you?!? Surely not to look at your mug. Learn how to be friendly if you’re going to work in sales.Woman working there was great and very professional.

Giving it 2 stars because they have a good selection of hats but terrible customer service. The woman working there was great and very friendly but the guy was just. Basically I thought there was a line to get the hat embroidered because there were people standing in front of him and the machine. I patiently get behind them and they eventually leave to go to the cash register. I'm thinking, perfect he's just finishing up and I'm next. It took about another 5-10 minutes of me awkwardly standing there before I have to ask if this is where we place the embroidery order. He didn't acknowledge that I was standing there at all. It would've taken him 1 second to say, "can I help you?" Then tell me that we actually place the order at the register. I don't know what his problem was but he needs to be retrained and the woman needs a promotion.
