Both ladies working here should not be in customer service. Having a B face and closing store more than 20min early shouldn’t be normalized. Even when I knew what to hats I wanted to get, the young guy there just nodded to me “no” then turned around after I pointed to my watch. Management should consider re-staffing entire store.

Horrible service the 3 girls that work should be fired my dodgers jersey letters are coming off after only 6hrs of using it and they don’t want to exchange it!

Employee at the register wasn't very helpful. She doesn't seem to want to be at work. I wanted to return some shirts I bought but unfortunately lost the receipt. She didn't bother to help and try to find a receipt through the system with my number since I'm a Premium Member. No wonder this store is always empty, the one back home in Chicago was way better.
