I went in yesterday Sunday 5/20/2025 around 3-4pm ish there was a young lady in her 25s I asked if I can possibly do an exchange. It was a gift from my aunt to my mom but was paid by card so I didn’t want a refund to happen. I tell her I have the receipt and it’s brand new with even the same bag from the loft in TO. She said she asked the manager but the manager didn’t even come out to ask me anything or look at the receipt she said I had to go to the TO store. Very bad service the manager didn’t come out to figure out what was going on. If I had the original receipt I don’t understand why I couldn’t get help in this Camarillo location never had that happen in any other store. If I were to buy at the Camarillo Target I can’t get a refund with my original receipt in Oxnard??? Yes I can as long as I have a original receipt so just thought was weird/hostile. If I could do 0 stars I would ! My mom has cancer and wanted to exchange or get a credit from store with an original receipt. Don’t recommend this store in Camarillo really rude.

Cheap .. cheap clothing. The quality is definitely not what it used to be. I bought a shirt a month ago and it ripped. The material is so thin now. Not worth 70 bucks. This was my favorite store. You've lost a customer. I'd rather buy my clothing at Target as they have a better return policy. There you can return any item (their brand) if defective even if washed.

I like shopping at the Loft Outlet in Camarillo they don't have the best quality clothes but they are good to wear around town since we can't go anywhere because of Virus. I bought a sweater about 6 months ago and because we live by the beach we don't to much cold weather on Dec 9 I decided to wear my sweater and when I put it on I notice the sleeves were coming apart I took it off and took it back to store the next and I showed to the sales clerk and she called the Manager from the back, ( I don't know why they have this guy as a manager what does he know about women clothing) . He said he could not take it back because it does not show on his computer and he had the nerve to ask me if I bought it last year I say NO I bought it about 6 months ago his respond was I can't help you you have to call CS and they will help you I called right there and they said they didn't know why the Manager did not take it back, I have called there CS number and the way it works you send them a text and you get back a automatic response and saids we will contact back to you shortly they never do Forget calling them you have to Waite about a hour before they answer. All I want is a credit for the defected sweater and one can make a decision here it is Dec 19...Never shop there again. Bad Customer Service
