They are often busy with many in line. When no one is waiting the staff is busy packaging and sorting. Ms Asure has been most helpful with notary business and other sevices. The new renovation of the store makes for efficient work it appears. Keep up your good work and customer service!!”

What customers have to consider is Postal Magic is a third party entity when it comes to mailing or shipping your items. Once your item leaves Postal Magic, the efficiency of your package arriving at the destination is on the company transporting your items. Why do you think you get a tracking number from the transporting company? Dont blame Postal Magic when the USPS or UPS screws up. Norma is the best and she tries to do the right thing. Great customer service.”
