Staff is so friendly and great with communication. I needed scrubs embroidered and she helped me choose the style font and color-light silver which looks very sleek. Turn around time was very fast and I would definitely come back! Pricing was fair and a good value.

I have shopped at this establishment for years. It seems they have a new Manager who is the rudest I have ever encountered. First of all when she speaks to you as a paying customer she has the worst Customer Service I have ever encountered. I asked for the Manager and after she stated that was her I thought who in the world would put this curt rude person in charge.I am in my late 60’s and obviously she was taught zero manners.Bottom line is the gift I gave my husband was very flawed. Three scratches on it. I did not see it at purchase and do not believe it was there.She is curt when she answers the phone, when she has to answer a question or basically anything that has to do with helping a customer.I worked in customer service for 45 plus years and she would have been soooooo long gone.She had the Gaul to tell me I bought the flawed item. Why didn’t she point it out at purchase to I dude the customer wanted it.I explained I had eye problems but never saw 3 scratches.She CURTLY to me to bring it back.Great Custer service if you are trying to go out of business!I have gone there for years BUT will NEVER go back!!!!!!!!

I was attempting to get a shirt embroidered and was told a week and a half ETA because they were "booked". Waited 4 weeks without a call or any response, so I called in. Was told it was still not ready, with no known eta. I waited another 3 weeks with no call or response. When I called after 7 weeks I was told it was finally ready. My wife stopped by to pick it up and ask about the inconvenience, more looking for a reason or apology, but was instead met with hostility and anger. All I can say is please do not shop here. Not worth the energy.

We had been ordering our corporate awards from another place for several years and decided to bring our business to Camarillo where we are also located. I met with Maria who was so great to work with! From start to finish, she and her staff had great communication, very easy to work with and matched our prior years awards perfectly! Not to mention they did it on short notice! We ordered over 50 awards and are very pleased with the outcome. We will be using Mark-It Place for our future corporate events.

Thank you so much to Michelle Sanchez for the beautiful work for my daughters team vest!! We have a horse show this week and the company we ordered her vest from two months ago fell through. Mark It Place received my digital logo over the weekend and had our order done in FOUR HOURS!!! It's beautiful!! I definitely will be back to order more team swag for our barn!!

Professional embroidery, Wonderful customer service! With COVID restrictions, family member in the military had Christmas leave rescinded last-minute. Absolutely Beautifully embroidered Christmas stockings were done here in time to be shipped for the holidays! If I could give 6 stars I would!

I have used Mark-it place for everything I can think of for at least the past 15 years and can honestly say they. Ever disappoint nor does any company come close to the quality and level of service they provide.. in addition to sports items and trophies etc they provide so much more than you can imagine. However my most recent experience knocked it out of the park - Michelle helped me with a last minute order for custom hats for a long overdue much needed friends trip! The quality was better than we could have imagined and let's just say not only did we love our hats everybody in Cabo was extremely jealous. Thank you once again for delivering exceptional products with an extra home town love you guys truly are the best

I was referred to the Mark-It Place from a Facebook group as I was having trouble finding a business to do a custom vinyl heat press for me on a jacket I purchased elsewhere for a gift. I spoke with Michelle who assured me they could help me out. I met with Megan who worked with me on design, placement and sizing. I couldn't have been happier when I went to pick up the jacket and saw it. It was exactly what I had envisioned! I'd also like to add that because of Covid their hours clashed with my working hours and the owner graciously offered to make arrangements with me so that I could pick up my piece at a time after I was off work. I wouldn't hesitate to have the Mark-It Place do any of my custom/personalized products. With all that has been going on the last year, this was a really refreshing experience and I am more than happy to support this small business.

Honestly, this place just legitimately rocks. I walked in there a year ago knowing nothing that I was doing and they helped us produce a brand new full on Redesigned spirit wear line for CHSA in like 2 weeks time. Seriously amazing. The new line was received with many positive responses. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. I approached them with yet another project for Enlightened Learning here in town and they knocked it out of the park, AGAIN. Megan rocks. Michelle rocks. Maria is a sweetheart. Love supporting Camarillo businesses!

Always very friendly/prompt service and the products I have customized/personalized there have turned out beautifully and exactly how I asked! And the staff always check with me to make sure that their work is accurate before they submit it. :)
