Originally I had scheduled an interview with Jose Mercado. The day of the interview came (Friday) and I was on teams waiting for Jose and he never showed up. To make matters worst, he never sent me an email or called me to let me know. After 30 minutes of waiting, I emailed him and all he said was he had an emergency so he would have to reschedule but didn’t seem to care at all. All he had to do was let me know he wasn’t going to be able to make it to our meeting. And give me another day to meet. Then Monday came and I emailed him and sent him messages on LinkedIn to reschedule our meeting and I didn’t hear back. I then sent him messages Tuesday and Wednesday to reschedule our meeting and he never got back to me. He just complete ignored my messages. Not once did he say he wasn’t interested in my application anymore or anything. I just don’t appreciate how he conducts his work. Someone like me who is eager to start working after graduating college to just have their emotions played with is not cool at all. At first I was extremely excited because I’ve heard great things about Meissner but Jose really changes my mind on this organization. It’s a shame how one person can have such a negative impact on a company. The reason for this message was so it doesn’t happen to anyone else that applies. It’s just a very bad feeling when you think you’ve gotten interest from a company to just being completely ignored with no explanation at all. I will make sure to let everyone I know including ex professors, recent graduates like myself, and people interested in this company the truth about this organizations recruiters.

Worked here for 7 years never did i ever get a chance for growth there is alot of favoritism starting with HR and supervisors as well i was wrongfully terminated when for a fact i was never given a warning but yet again there has been many other employees that were given multiple warnings and still there to the day they pretend to have good cleanrooms when in fact they hide all there flaws inside there when it comes to audits or visitors so they dont see how messy it is inside there i honestly feel bad for friends that i have there working they cut there hours and the company expects them to complete there remaining 8 hours using from there personnal vacation hours this company honestly needs to get exposed for what they are and how unfairly they treat there employees

Bin with Meissner over 20 years it's a great place to work great people andgreat culture. What you do every day helps companies manufacture life-saving medicines.

worst place to grow and worst people in charge of the floor as of now wouldn't recommend no one to get a job there ..it dont matter how much OT or on time you are..lady in charge for hiring there is also one of them her name might be Shelby and also majority of the reviews are from owners of the company dont be fooled.
