Salesperson was incompetent and didn’t know how to enter personal information correctly. Maybe make sure you understand what the person is saying before you incorrectly input someone’s information. I’ve been with metro for over a decade and I understand they are authorized dealers but separate company but I will not be coming back. Lack of basic customer service. I hope he doesn’t get treated the same way he treated me today.

Janeth is the best employee there. She is very helpful and understanding with everything I had asked. She helped me out so much with my phone problems. I will always be going to her if I ever have any problems.

The gentleman that assisted with my purchase was friendly but didn't seem to offer a customer service experience that I had expected. I asked him for the newest phone and let him know what I was looking for, but he didn't give me any recommendations. My Motorola G Stylus phone sucks!
