David did such a fantastic job framing my poster as if it were a work of fine art. He helped pick out the frame and backing, and listened to what I wanted. David's framing increased the beauty of the poster.

I highly recommend you don't buy a Cricut machine from Michael's. They sell all kinds of Cricut machines but when mine was broken right out of the box they would not take it back Or exchange for the same product. I literally brought it back the next day. Not worth the hassle of driving out there and standing in line for twenty minutes only to now have to go deal with the manufacturer. I wish I would have just purchased from them in the first place.

Walked in, asked for an item I saw online. I asked a lady That works here, after walking to 1 location she said the inventory online is wrong and that they did not carry this item. Bummed because I drove such a long way. Anyway I kept looking because I felt she was withholding information. I showed her again online, offered an item number to help, she looked upset and bot willing to help anymore than she already did (which was not much other than look in one place and discredit their online inventory). Finally got a hold of Nick (the hero), he found this product and was super helpful. I gave him 5 stars. Lady gets 2 . Nick was very helpful, awesome employee there.

Really? Walked in. About 3 employees walking around pushing carts. When I get in line, about 4 people in line. 1 girl moving like a turtle is the only one ringing people up. Nearly 15 minutes later I am still in line, yet never is anyone called up to help. The untrained little child girl isnt aware of her enviremont at all. Few minutes later , I just left.Michaels has always , it seems, that they require their employees to be, a bit slow. Is the pay bad? They always seem to have lazy noncaring employees. Once in a great while a manager shows up , and just maybe things will change. Nope. Michaels is michaels and customer service is always last. Im home now, I wonder if the line has moved. Thank god for Amazon.

All staff are wearing masks and gloves. Came in here to browse and I was disappointed at what a mess the clearance section was. It was completely unshoppable with broken items being sold. The staff was friendly and helpful in helping me locate an item. The line was wild though, so I wouldn't come here if your in a rush. It's Christmas time though so I understand the wait.
