I've been here a few times because the convenience of it being close, but I haven't been too happy with the haircuts I've gotten. I recently tried scheduling an appointment with one of the stylists and she completely didn't respond. I understand if they're busy, but it's been about a month. I will be going elsewhere now.

Called on a random Tuesday for a shampoo and conditioning and got an appointment right away! I was worried because i have super curly textured hair and it's hard to find a good salon who cares! i went to Noelle and she did a great job and the people were super welcoming! :)

Had the most horrible experience from I believe is the owner lisa she an older lady with blonde mid length hair . Would not recommend very rude grumpy and needs to update her skills . She left my hair orange / yellow it was a beautiful blonde but now it looks like I'm from back in the 80's the haircut washacked a choppy :( I'm very disappointed . Would not recommend

This was my first time getting my hair done at this salon. The salon itself was very cute, it was a comfortable area. Alejandra did my hair and I was in love with everything. The service was amazing and the color came out perfect. I got a subtle balayage with haircut and it turned out amazing. Her service was amazing and she was nice and caring throughout my service. I will be coming back to her. I'd definitely recommend her. :)

I was looking for a reasonably priced place today. I went to like five or six places. I had gone in and it was a bit pricey so I took a card anyway and left. After walking down the street a bit one of the girls (Noelle) caught up to me and said she had misunderstood what I had asked for and they could do what I wanted for $30. The misunderstanding was my fault, but I was really appreciative. Noelle did my hair and she was a doll. I love love how she did my bangs, a bit long though nobody ever believes me when I say do them a bit above my eyebrows because they grow crazy fast. I do get it though, she has to be careful because people can say something but go off on the poor hair dresser. Anyway, I really liked the ambiance. The owner Lisa was a doll and would only take $30 even though they did a shampoo and blow dry. I will be returning.

Noelle has the sweetest vibe and does amazing color! She did an AMAZING job on my highlights. I literally hadn't been to a salon in 10 years because I have such long, thick, healthy hair and most can't handle 2+ ft of hair without frying it. She paid immense attention to detail to make sure my hair turned out perfect. I haven't got enough sun for my natural highlights and she made it turn out exactly like I wanted. I feel so beautiful and she is so warm and welcome. She literally cares so much, she even follows up and checks in to make sure I have everything I need! I am there every week and my hair always looks beautiful when I leave and it still looks good when I come back the next week. I always have Misty, I have had her for YEARS .Love everyone in the salon They are all good. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Customer service and customer satisfaction is very important to me and i did not feel that today with Elisa. The first time i got a hair treatment done, i had a wonderful time and i was beyond satisfied with the customer service and theresults of the treatment. Today, i felt very rushed to getting the service done has she was already working with a customer and tried to rush and finish my haircut. A haircut and a clean up does not last less than 5 minutes... That wasnot the Elisa i had first met and I'm very disappointed in her lack of professionalism and way of treating me today.

I have to say that I am disappointed with my experience here. I was a repeat customer for many years and would have continued to be for life. At first, everything was great. Bekah did an excellent job with both color and my keratin treatment. She used to be meticulous and coated the hair thoroughly with the Keratin treatment and only charged me $150 for the trim, color, and keratin treatment. I always gave at least a $25 tip. But one day, she just basically slapped it on my hair and told me that her price had gone up to $175. The next time I tried to make an appointment, she told me that her price was now $200. When I told her that she had already raised her price the last time I was in and asked her what was going on, she told me that she was allergic to the Keratin treatment solution and didn't want to do it anymore. When I asked if the other women in the salon could do it, she said that they charge way more than she does for a Keratin treatment. I guess I should have known that she objected to the fumes when she put on a gas mask to do my hair. I am just very disappointed that things happened the way they did. I feel it was disrespectful to a loyal customer. Now I just buy the product on Amazon and put it on myself. I guess I should be grateful that I saved $1000 a year by no longer coming here.

Love this salon! The staff and environment is very comfortable and not over bougie. They are fair in prices for services. I love my hairstylist Alissa she's great!
