Needed a red bathing suit, asked if they had any, was looked at like i asked the most deeply unintelligent question of the century, and then i was directed to the bathing suits. It's a nice bathing suit.

Pretty rude customer service / employees. Would avoid this location or teach them basic manners as part of their training. Deals are pretty good though, had mens polos for $20 and women's polos for $25.

We really wanted to like this store because we sort of like the brand but unfortunately our shopping experience there was a big letdown. First of all, the customer service was awful and offensive. The people that worked there seemed sleazy as if they wanted to rip you off. Very very offensive and ignorant. Keep that up and they'll surely go out of business. So... we went in there expecting to spend a decent amount of money (actually a lot of money) because like I said I sort of like the brand) but we were just so turned off by the workers there we ended up rushing out of there purchasing a few shirts. And so after our bad experience at Nautica, we shopped other stores and it was like night and day. It just seemed so unfair to have spent money at Nautica when there's so many other stores around the area with good welcoming service with better quality goods and deals. So we're kinda thinking should we just return everything at Nautica? We're not sure so we pull out the receipt...and what do you know they incorrectly over charged us some of the items. I remember, I had a feeling there was something wrong when the cashier had this weird grin on his face talking to other workers there at checkout. Again they looked kinda sleazy which kinda made me think twice about the Nautica brand in general. You guys at Nautica Camarillo outlet need to understand, with proper, good customer service and etiquette, you can sell anything at any price. So anyways, we ended up going back and got everything corrected. No apologies or anything! What an insult! So beware if you're gunna shop there double check the price and your receipt!

Pathetic staff on duty.. ridiculous customer service.. asked my partner 5 times to not be even close to fitting room in 2 minutes when i am trying stuff. Better close the shop if you do-not want to sell. Left everything. Never coming back!

Lousy customer service.Countless hang ups cause they were exhausted of us telling them to do there job.They did not know what to do when they left the sensors on the baby toddlers track sweat suit.We live in Chatsworth lake manor & still didn’t care about helping us or compensation for the time & gas.This company is lacking in hiring competent workers.They hung up countless times & then says it happens a lot.They never called or emailed us back to follow up.We have to waste our time & gas to take off the sensors they neglected to do there job in the first place.They said unfortunately we can’t do anything & we do make mistakes.Yes I understand completely.So for your mistakes we (customers) do not have to suffer for there negligence.This matter will not be dropped.They tried to avoid the situation talking behind the phone whispering.They should not hire teens that cannot hold a complete sentence to there customers.Bad shady tactics to say the least.Who puts baby sensors alarms on toddler clothes.They must get some desperate people if they want to steal baby clothes.Lousy workers to say the least.The whole experience is nothing but garbage.If I could give no stars I would.

Worst experience ever, i just called the store and asked to check for an item if they have it in store. The Manager named Guillermo hung up the phone 5 times, he will not check the item and could not answer if that item is in store or not. I had the shirt right in front of me and i was calling to check if they had it in different color before i drove there for an hour. He wouldn't help. Worst customer service ever!! Never recommend this Camarillo store to anyone..

One star only to a brand name I actually like. The attitude of the sales person/manager as if I am trying to rip them off with the coupon that yelp provided!!! Also missing a lot from the basic such as v shirts in large size. On the items with no discount they do have it all. So like I said I love the items and I can send the fan But last experience wasn't fun at all not sure when I'm coming back to the store.
