I’ve got two super active cats—a Bengal and a tabby mix—and this wheel has been a total lifesaver for burning off their energy. At first, I wasn’t sure if they’d use it, but within a few days they were both hopping on and taking turns running like little athletes.
The build is surprisingly sturdy for how light it is, and once they got used to it, it became part of their daily routine. It’s a great way to keep indoor cats active without tearing up the house!
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. I had an issue with the first one I ordered (a part came damaged), and Sheila from the One Fast Cat team made the replacement process so smooth. She was fast, kind, and made sure I got a new one with no stress. That kind of service is rare these days and deserves a shout-out.
My cats are happier, healthier, and I’m sleeping better now that they’re not doing parkour off the furniture at midnight. Would definitely recommend this if you’ve got high-energy indoor cats!

Have 2 wheels after getting my first 3 or 4 years ago and a newer model this year. If you have high-energy cats, you won't regret this.
Have only had to contact customer service once, but it was a great experience.

My cats love their wheel and use it every day. I had an issue with one of the parts breaking on my wheel after 3 years of use, and the team responded quickly with great solutions for me to choose from. Highly recommend!!!

I purchased these wheel for my kitty and it is fantastic! I love that the pads won’t rip out their claws like the cheap ones on Amazon. The pads are even replaceable which is wonderful for high use or if you want a change in the look of your wheel. The wheel is super smooth and although it took some getting used to for my cat, it will be beneficial for her to stay at a healthy weight! One Fast Cat has an excellent product!

Love the wheel, especially the size. It's I think one of two on the market that are actually adequate size to not cause long term spine or joint issues. The led wheels are also super fun. One kitty liked it at first, the other would never get on it, and the first lost her enjoyment of it, but it made a cute hang out spot for her, though one I didn't want to make the room for.
That being said, return was possibly the easiest I've ever experienced. Very quick responses, very helpful advice, and very fast refund. I absolutely recommend them, and will consider them above any other brand in the future if I need one for a rescue. And they have other fun items as well.
