I spent $300 at Petco on a chameleon and my son returned it two days later after realizing we bit off more than we can chew, we lost $150 on this experience,the attitude from Jessica and Lisa and Juan in the evening was one of the worst experiences of my life ,when me and my son were already crying over this experience
They were rude mean and incompassionate I will never go to the pet store again!!

Prices are high and lack of animal care standards are visually upsetting especially towards the reptiles. Humidity is consistently low causing poor sheds and snakes to constantly be in water bowl for hydration.

Went today on a whim. New puppy owner. I was looking at some toys and Agelica helped me pick out some toys for my dog. She helped me with tips on how to help my dogs teething, directed me in the proper harness and let me know that petco offers training. I am excited to book training for my puppy. It’s refreshing to have good customer service and meet people who take their job seriously.

I've been bringing my dog here for about two years for nail trims - Brianda (I don't think she's there any longer) and Sara are AMAZING!! Sara spends a few minutes petting and talking to my girl to ease her into the nail trim. Those few minutes make a positive difference and while getting her nails trimmed will never be my dog's favorite thing, Sara goes above and beyond to make it less scary for my anxious girl :)

Came in as a result of an Email notice of a sizable discount to regerestered customers. I was impressed at the much better selection of products available since I last visited your store. I will now add Petco as a supplier to my cat's demanding requirements.
