I had 2 luxury items repaired for $200. One of the 2 items was just making a new leather tab for a strap and the other was a wallet repair. When I went to pick up my items the wallet was missing. When I got home I found it inside a pocket of the bag I had repaired but it had not been repaired so I brought it back. New leather was added to cover up worn out fabric. When I went to pick it up it literally looked like a 5 yr old stitched it. It was so uneven I requested to have it resewn. When I picked it up the 2nd time it looked pretty much the same with the exception of 2 stitches. I was told that was the best that could be done based on the location of the repair and if I had higher expectations then they couldn't help me. Rude! If they knew it would not be quality work why didn't they tell me that before I paid to have it repaired. My luxury wallet is now worthless and I'm out $100. I would have been better off leaving it in the condition it was in.

Do not waste your money using this company. Awful customer service. The owner went to my Aunt's house to fix her dryer and while there broke something else In the dryer. He offered her a warranty but when she called for him to come back he told her to find someone else because her call was at an inconvenient time for him. Real mature. Use a company that is not a one man show. You have no recourse when the owner of a smaller company decides they don't want to make good on their bad work. Run don't walk from this company.

Quality service on both Vacuums and Sewing Machines. Very affordable prices and same day service makes this place a gem!

What 3 other shoe repair businesses couldn't do to fix my boot Mr. Pop did in 2 seconds! Highly recommend!

I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. The only think that sucks is Mr. POP! I took my HOOVER Filter Plus vacuum in. I really like my vacuum. It had an amazing suction power. It's been a 1 1/2 years since I purchased it. I thought it would be more cost effective to have a tuneup. I do keep my vacuum clean. I take the filter out and dump the debris, take hairs out of the brush as much as I can, and keep the exterior clean. Mr. Pop said he would have it running like new. He charged me $100 upfront. I felt uncomfortable paying prior to the service been performed. I trusted he would take care it for that price. Well, the vacuum has zero suction. All he did was clean the brush and filter more. I could have purchased a new vacuum for $100 or a bit more. He said I would get a call once it's ready for pick up. I didn't get a call. One week later I went to the shop. He tried to sell me what he called the best German vacuum for over $500. Which I declined. When I picked up my vacuum I wanted to see that it was indeed fixed. He didn't want to test it in front of me. He left and went to his back room shop. NEVER again will I return to this overly priced and below mediocre shop.

Was totally disappointed . I took my leather Coach purse in to have the inside lining cleaned. Pop's himself said h could clean it but it might not take 100% of the stains out. He said it would be ready within 2 weeks and he'd call when it was ready. He charged my credit card $65 that day. Two weeks later no call. Three weeks later I call and it's not ready. Fast forward six weeks and it's ready. I go in to pick it up and it looks the same as the day I dropped off. Plus now the thread around the zipper is torn. The didn't refund my card. He said "Well I guess I could try cleaning it a little better". I said "no thanks! You've already had my purse for six weeks and it looks worse than when I brought it in". I don't recommend.

This was my first use of Pops. I have a pair of Cole Hahn dress shoes with failing soles. To buy equivalent new shoes would cost me $400. I was a bit nervous but let Walt do the repair. A few days later I picked them up and, my goodness, he did fabulous repair work. They now look better than new. Had this done about 10 years ago with another pair of shoes in Newbury Park. Walt's work is by far better!!!

Pop yelled at us three times saying, "never come in my store again" when we politely showed him the scooter seat that they repaired that was stitched crooked and cut crooked and left with shiny spatters. Also, one armrest had two cuts. We were stunned. I have photos if anyone wants to see them

Pops repaired a fake leather backpack purse for me that I hated to throw away! The strap was all cracked and the lining all torn. He is an amazing magician and made it look brand new. My friend recommended him and took it for me! I could not believe my eyes as he gave it another life! Bless you Pops!

Great and helpful service. Even taking the time to help me sort out a fix on an issue that I didn't realize was a thing after I had to come back.

I had a floor lamp base that needed to be repaired and was charged $45. When I picked up my floor lamp, I saw that the base was still crumbling. I was told to just put glue on it. Not honest and not a professional repair shop. I do not understand how they can be in business that long for such shoddy work. I will not go back. I should have believed all the reviews, just beware of this place. There are too many places to choose from. I do not recommend this place!

This shop owner was arrogant and rude. He returned my vacuum cleaner to me with missing parts and in worse condition than when I took it in for repair. I would never again trust him for any repair work. Sorry I have to even get him one star

This place is a joke. My sewing machine needed to be oiled. They tried to charge me $120! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. Now that is a funny joke. I would never ever use the shop to repair anything. Price should certainly be commensurate with the repair.
