This place has been my go to for 5+ years now. It has changed ownership over the years and each person has been friendly and efficient with the service they give. The current owner is a faith based female, a mother and a really nice person. Happy she took over if it had to be sold. Always good conversation and service when utilizing Postal Magic. ?

Hours are limited from 10 AM to 5 PM during the week. The posted sign said the business was closed on New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day, so I went there Monday the day after New Year's Day, at 10:00 AM, and it was not open. I returned Tuesday morning at 10 AM and it was locked up. I tried to call the phone number, but no one answered. I waited about five minutes and saw the owner coming in through the back door. Then I had to wait until they turn the equipment on and put all their display shelves out. The owner said she comes from Chatsworth and has to drop her granddaughter off, and there was traffic due to the rain, and that's why she is late, all good excuses. It would be good business to either change the hours posted, leave for work earlier, or find a way to get there on time as people are trying to do business and arrange their schedules accordingly. I wouldn't go there until 10:15 or 10:30 AM.

Learned about this place on the Nextdoor app. This is an awesome little postal service shop with tons of mailing options and cute last minute gifts to add to your packages. No long lines as this Gem is tucked away at The Mission Oaks Plaza. Being my first time shipping holiday packages I was relieved the associate was so patient and helpful will all of my questions. Made the experience one that deserved a 5 star Yelp review Please give this shop your holiday business and let's help our community.
