The work was done well. Make sure to follow-up if early in the process you are told they will call you when to bring the car in. Two weeks went by after the insurance claim was approved. I called and they hadn't done anything with my claim - it fell through the cracks. This is not reflective of work quality - that part I'd rate 5 stars. Just keep on top of it, because they may not. It's a really busy shop.

Excellent company to work with. I'm always a little skeptical when an insurance company sends me to one of their own network servicers, however... the work was spectacular. Ray and Ashley were a delight to work with. Good communication, friendly. Just a good experience all around.

Highly recommend this body shop to any one, especially if you have an exotic or any other European model car. My second circumstance of using Premier Coach. The first time was flawless and had 0 complaints my car looked show room ready. My second go around I noticed a few imperfections on the paint but sure enough BARBARA was quick to not only accommodate but also correct the situation and revise my concerns. They understand quality and they demonstrate how to properly value their clientele.

From the beginning Ray has gone out of his way to help me fix any issues with my vehicle!! He has taken the initiative to accommodate my needs to make sure I feel supported in every way possible. Ray's knowledge, positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and customer service has been a great experience. If you have any issues with your vehicle I highly recommend that you talk to Ray. BEWARE OF THIS SHOPI took my Tesla Model 3 here for a simple repair that Ray assured me, would take about 4-5 weeks... My car was in their shop for over THREE MONTHS with very little communication from the staff. I was told I would receive weekly updates. Wrong. These guys ignored my phone calls and emails for about three weeks before I finally got through to someone. When I finally did get ahold of the shop, I was fed a million bogus excuses as to why I was not communicated with and why my car was not ready or progressing on repairs in the shop. Here's some of the excuses I was given: waiting on parts, wrong parts received, parts were actually here the whole time, but they were in a box for another order, so nobody knew we had them, receptionist was on vacation, flaw in the paint job and now the doors need to be "adjusted", car was being washed. Every single day I am given another excuse, and every single day, I can see on the app, that my car has not moved.My insurance paid Premier within two weeks of dropping my vehicle off and obtaining their estimate. After 30 days, I called to follow up and see what the status was.... To my surprise, at the 30 day mark, my car had not even begun to be worked on, and my rental coverage was now exhausted. In result, I've paid THOUSANDS out of my own pocket in rental cars, Uber, Lyft, etc. I was told if my car was not ready on or before 6/2 (three months), Premier would pay for me to get in another rental vehicle... Not good enough. I was done being patient and friendly two months ago. Had I not caused a scene via email/phone, I'm positive my car would have taken several more months to complete repairs. It seems like these guys collect big checks from insurance companies and then just let the cars sit in their shop until the customer is completely fed up.I picked up my vehicle today and was given another long, bogus timeline of events, justifying the 3+ month wait. I saw in a few other yelp posts, this shop has been known to waive deductibles due to negligence, lack of customer service, etc. Naturally, after three months of being dicked around, I felt entitled to a reduced or 100% waived deductible. Bill was unwilling to accept any responsibility. I asked him to meet me halfway at 50% and told him if they do indeed charge me the full amount, I would likely dispute the charge with AMEX, report them to my insurance, BBB, make a few calls to local media etc etc. After 10+ minutes of going back and forth, Bill went ahead and accepted my 50% deductible cash offer, but made it clear he was accepting it as a customer service courtesy, and not because of my numerous "threats".... his attitude was dismissive and condescending. I'm happy to have my car back. I'm happy the car seems to be put together well, with no problems (that I know of, yet).... I am NOT happy with the lack of accountability, numerous discrepancies of their "timeline", lack of communication, empathy, or eagerness to resolve my umbrage and maintain a good relationship with a customer who just had their insurance pay them $18k in repairs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, unless you want to wait 3+ months while you chase them down for answers, only to be fed bullshit excuses.

Premier Coach did an excellent job repairing my tailgate. The paint quality was as good as Factory and Ray the service advisor did a fantastic job keeping me informed all along the way.Highly recommend

I will make this simple and to the point Staff was really helpful and kept me well informed on the status of my vehicle. The professional work of the technicians was showed, the body work as well as the paint job could not have been executed more perfectly. My vehicle looked stunning, like the day I drove it out the dealership. Overall happy and satisfied, I can say I'm glad to have trusted this body shop and will recommend it not only to friends and family, but to anyone looking for an amazing body shop to trust on their own vehicles in the case of a collision.

I worked with Barbara, who is the best! She is super efficient, professional, and knowledgeable of all aspects of vehicles/ insurance companies, which is why i would only trust her with my vehicle .I couldn't be more satisfied with the work on my car. I definitely recommend working with her

Daniel Nouri at Premier Coach did an excellent job in getting my Tesla (Model S) repaired and made it look like a brand new car. He was very thorough and efficient when I first took the car for an estimate (had a rear collision). He was patient in explaining the steps and was knowledgeable in outlining the coverage and costs. His follow through and and attention to detail is exceptional. He coordinated all the steps and completed the repair on my Tesla on time.
