Incredibly difficult to work with. No human to speak with is made available, even the voice mail is constantly full. I was given a time sensitive test to complete but no way to return the sample within the necessary time limit, in fact no way to drop it off within a week of the necessary limit. I’d rather go alternate wise than ever have to deal with Quest again, but I’m forced to by my insurance.
How hard would it be to provide a drop off, at the very least?

This Quest is conveniently located, but scheduling can be difficult. It's well worth the wait when our favorite phlebotomist, Mary, is working. She is kind, patient, compassionate and makes you feel comfortable. Thank you Mary!

This is a great place if you need a blood test. I have had great experiences with the on-line appointment scheduling and on-line check-in. The staff is friendly, competent, and efficient. They are willing to help those who need special assistance and take pride in the operation of the lab.

The sign in process was difficult for other patients who were elderly. I had to help a couple use the kiosk. For me, I had the exact same set of labs ordered by the exact same physician about 9 months ago. I am a cash patient AND a physician in the community. I presumed that there would be a record of my previous visit with the ordering physician and labs from the previous order. None of that was available and I was told my the tech that the system doesn’t have a medical record and purges all the info once that labs have been processed. I was really upset to hear that and for some reason, what should have been the exact same labs cost me about $400 more than they did last time. I don’t know if the wrong tests were ordered as I couldn’t see what tests she was ordering, but had there been some kind of record in the system this wouldn’t have happened. I am extremely upset about my experience and may need additional labs done for this physician in the future but I will be taking my cash business elsewhere.
