If customer service and the way you are treated is important to you, avoid this place. The employee I encountered today was extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. I will take my business elsewhere.

Amelia was so helpful today when I was trying to pick out the correct color for my hair. She went above and beyond to help me and even taught me about the levels of hair color. Thank you so much, my hair turned out great!!

Had the loveliest person help me out. Was trying to figure out a hair color and she was super helpful walking me through the different products and finding the swatches for me online. She was also really sweet to all the other people who were coming into the store. The store itself was stocked with a variety of products. Sally is usually on the pricey side when it comes to tools like straighteners and curling irons, but products wise it's fair priced.

I find the employees very helpful here but the stock is quite low compared to other Sallys I have been to in other states. I also have been to the store during times when they were supposed to be open and they weren't. I figured it was Covid related but still is disappointing when you run out of products and have to go online and purchase when your local store is 2 miles away.

My experience at this Sally's Beauty store was unlike any other. I have never felt more ridiculed and degraded of my background. I came to the store solely to buy my hair dye and when I approached a store employee, I asked where to find the pink dye in specific. She looked at me and said "Pink?! Okay..." I didn't think anything of it, although I felt slightly disrespected of my personal preferences. The more I interacted with the employee and expressed my interests for pink dye, I felt as if she did not want to help me. This employee was a young woman with highlights in her hair. I bought a darker hair dye because I felt self conscious about the comments the employee made and later decided to return it due to the fact that I felt disrespected by this location. When I went to the store again, a new employee helped me with my return. She was an older lady with glasses and short hair. She asked if I needed a translator in the rudest manner, while I had spoken to her in English beforehand. I handed her my receipt and she yanked it out of my hand, indicating to me that she was not happy to help me with my simple return. I told her I was returning my items because my mom had already bought them for me, as I did not want to bring up my past situation out of respect. She asked "Why didn't you talk to your mom before?" I was very shocked by this question and could not react to it. I felt degraded and repressed from taking further action on the situation. I kept calm and continued with the return process. I took my money and left the store afterwards. I come to this area often and have been to this store, but I have never had an experience like this one. I hope action is taken against these employees. They had no reason to be unhappy to help customers at a job they signed up for. If they are not suitable for an environment where customers of different cultures and backgrounds visit and do not show a warm welcoming to every individual, they should not have a job that involves customer service. Only when you are someone of an oppressed background, will you understand the display of hatred people will indirectly motion to you. I will not be returning. Have a nice day.

Ask for Sherri! I went to Sally's for the first time recently for hair supplies. I had no idea what to buy, until the sweetest sales girl came to help me! Sherri was her name and she was so knowledgeable! I felt confident leaving the store knowing i had everything i needed. I will definitely be back as long as sherri is around to help me!
