Santa Rosa Valley Park is a beautiful and peaceful outdoor space offering a variety of well-maintained trails suitable for walking, hiking, biking, and horseback riding. The park is surrounded by lush greenery, especially after rain, and features scenic views, a stream, and plenty of wildlife, including birds, deer, rabbits, squirrels, and even coyotes and snakes. Trails such as Hill Canyon, Hawk Canyon, Western Plateau, and Snake Rock provide options for all levels, from easy nature walks to more moderate hikes, making the park a great spot for families, pet owners, and outdoor enthusiasts alike. The park is dog-friendly, with bags available for pet waste, and encourages responsible pet ownership. There are several picnic benches along the trails, some under large oak trees and near the stream, perfect for resting and enjoying the scenery. Restrooms are clean and well-maintained, though slightly off the main trail. Visitors can spend a whole day exploring the trails, enjoying bird watching, and soaking in the views. Overall, Santa Rosa Valley Park is a wonderful place to connect with nature, offering a peaceful environment with plenty of space and activities for everyone.
This is a nice trail to walk. It's peaceful and not a lot of for traffic. There's benches to sit at and relax. The river that flows there is very nice to hear and observe. Great place to chill and relax

Went today and took the trail towards paradise falls. Very easy walk and very pretty. My favorite part was spotting a praying mantis and ofc the beautiful scenery.
