I have falling love with the grow oil and the argan oil aloe spray. The argan oil aloe spray I use daily leave in conditioner it feels so relieving on my dry scalp and my locs are literally silky smooth. I have noticed just 2 months of using the conditioner spray that my scalp health has greatly improved, my hair is growing at a faster rate and my locs are gorgeous. There is no residue where your hair feels sticky. The grow oil is a must have for my scalp whenever I start to feel irritation or hot spots I use the grow oil and immediately the itchy irritation is relieved and The next day the hot spot barely there. I don’t use any other hair treatments and never will.

I love the atmosphere the quality of work is amazing. Neesha has done an amazing job on my hair numerous time and on my sons hair. I would highly recommend her and her staff. I love her crochet work and her braiding is impeccable.

This hair oil is amazing, it totally saved my hair! I was losing so much hair at the front, I almost chopped it all off! Protective styles and this oil every day, plus trims, and in six months, my hair is thick, long, and healthy again! I'm so grateful, this oil's a must-have now. Horrible job, hair style and twist was not up to par for the 200.00 charged. Hair was messed up in 2days and style was loose and unprofessional. Best to go to L.A or a real loctician

Had an amazing experience. Neesha creates a very good vibe and welcoming experience. She charged a very reasonable price compared to other stylist in Ventura county and LA county. She made my locs exactly how I wanted them and completely repaired my hair which was originally a big mess. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and very reasonable pricing. I am beyond satisfied with the work they do and highly recommend this place!!

Around 3 years ago I use to come here all the time for a haircut. But I never came came back because the customer service was so bad on one of the stylists named Carmen. One day I tried trimming my bangs at home the way I wanted, and I came to the salon to get some touch ups to make it even. I want to note that I came to my appointment with my friend. I told Carmen what I wanted and when she saw my hair she lectured me about how much of a horrible job I did and said "I would know, I'm a professional". To make it worse she pulled my friend to the side and showed her a strand of my hair saying "look at how bad and uneven it is". I didn't pay her to humiliate me and lecture me in front of my friend. I payed her to even out my hair. When someone goes to you for help you don't do that. She needs to be fired.

I spoke with owner Neesha in advance and explained my challenging schedule so I was pleasantly surprised when she called to schedule my appointment. Since I'm working out of state I had to schedule a flight to accommodate the appointment she gave me, this meant leaving work a half day early. My birthday was coming up so it was important that I got my hair done. Unfortunately on the ride from LAX heading to Camarillo I received a text from Neesha canceling my appointment. I tried to call back and eventually left a message asking if she could accommodate me on my next off day (since she'd canceled) to my surprise I never go a response or ever heard from Neesha again. I thought "who does that?" I guess I should have heeded the warning in one of the reviews that said run. Having just moved to the area from out of state I was excited to find a stylist close to home. I'm a regular customer but I certainly won't be a regular customer of Neesha's because she obviously doesn't care about her customers and I can spend my money else where. So to the question do I recommend "Simplicity" HELL NO!
