This is, without a doubt, one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The product I received was of appalling quality — cheap, defective, and clearly not as described. It looked like it had been thrown together with zero care or responsibility.
What’s even worse is the complete lack of customer service. They don’t answer emails, don’t pick up the phone, and offer no way for customers to resolve issues. You’re completely on your own once they take your money. It’s like they vanish into thin air.
This store is a disgrace. They clearly have no respect for their customers, no intention of providing quality goods, and no professionalism whatsoever. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place at all costs. It’s nothing but a money trap run by people who simply don’t care.
Save yourself the headache and frustration — shop literally anywhere else.

I didn’t like the customer service here. I tried to return some unworn shoes but didn’t have the box to return and that’s on me. It’s the way and tone used and lack of explaining why I couldn’t return that was.

I had an amazing experience shopping at the Steve Madden Outlet, and I have to give a special shoutout to Gabriel, one of the associates. He was incredibly helpful, assisting both me and my mom with finding the right shoe sizes. His attention to detail and knowledge of the products really stood out, and it was clear he was genuinely dedicated to making sure we had the best shopping experience. Even while helping us, he was also attentive to other customers in the store, making sure everyone was taken care of. Great service, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was so dissapointed with the service at the store. I came all the way from LA, to shop and when I came in the sales ladies on the evening of Sat, March 22 at 7:44pm were uninterested in helping me. One ran in the back the other pretended the invetory tool on computer was broken. I was wanting to buy a pair of boots but these two were more interested in closing by their behavior than making a sale. Isn't that the job of a sales person to sell merchandise. This is why stores go out of business and people shop online. I literally told the girl, Thank you, for NOT helping me. So rude and wrong.

All customers in the store were completely ignored. I had to climb ladder to look for an item. Then I was scolded for helping myself sweetie, if you did your job, maybe I wouldn't have to do things myself. Simple. I tripped on a box which was hard to avoid. Considering there are multiple scattered all over the store floor They employed acted like ringing up my 1 item was an issue. Needless to say, we will definitely not be coming back. Like eww Here's some TIPS 4 THE MANAGER, greet your customers when they walk in, stop talking each other long enough to engage with your customer such as saying "please feel free to let us know if you need anything" & if you're going to talk that long take breaks in between topic to check on the customers in store.

On October 19, the manager was outstanding. Despite working by herself, she was nevertheless able to assist every customer in the store. In the end, I and my friend purchased four pairs of shoes. Saw her name on the receipt, her name is Rica. Fantastic work Rica!

There is a woman name Claudia who appears to be the store manager and is really unpleasant. Because of a piece of paper, she was screaming at her coworker in front of everyone in the store. Why do you denigrate your coworkers, have some respect!! She provide the worst possible customer service! I no longer want to go back to this business because of the manager, who made the entire establishment look horrible

OMG shoe heaven! ? ? i can't believe how many shoes can be on sale. They have all kinds of shoes for men & woman they have wallets bags purses ? etc. This store is clean all the staff there is great very informative. My wife loves this store. So I had to give them the ozzy review. Good job they met all our expectations ?.

Bought a pair shoes for my fiance, she hasnt warned them month and they feel apart not worth 75$ the back of the shoe came off I should of went to Payless shoes store or Walmart very disappointed ill never go to the camarillo Steve Madden store again

I drove from Ventura only to find out their schedule is completely wrong. I understand that it is covid But you can at last update your hours to ensure people don't waste their time.
