Had a really bad experience my husband got a perfume for me for Christmas and I opened it to smell it and it smell like if the perfume was expired I called and store and told them about it and they said to stop by so we can compare the sample and my perfume and definitely the sample smelled fresh and my like if it’s been sitting there for years, but of course to them it was the same scent. The manager was rude and she even said there was something wrong with my nose. So I just got my perfume and left. Never ever going back i would always purchase deodorant and perfumes there never again.

Had a bad experience, my husband got a perfume for me as a Christmas gift I opened it and it smelled like expired perfume, I called the store and they told me that perfumes don't expire but I can take to compare the sample and my perfume so I did and yes my perfume smelled like it was sitting there for years and the sample was so fresh, they obviously said they were the same and even the manager was so rude and said some thing was wrong with my nose. So I just got my perfume and left. I also wrote a review on google and as I was going through it someone else had the same experience saying the sample and her perfume would not smell the same.

they scammed us bought 2 fragrances because there was a "buy one get one50%off" the only exceptions were the items on clearance both were "full price" it's 20$ more expensive for the one I got that's not on sale and 5$ more for the one that's "50%off" they are scammers never go there unless it's to try out fragrances wish I could put zero stars DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

My boyfriend and I thought it would be fun to pick out fragrances for each other for Christmas so we went to the Fragrance Outlet in Camarillo. We tested lots of perfumes and colognes and the salesman was very helpful. We each chose what we liked, purchased a bottle of each (totaling $156 for the 2). A bit pricey for an outlet store , but the scents from the testers lasted all day and into the night, so we felt what we purchased was of quality. Though, I thought it was odd that the salesman could not let me test a particular fragrance because he said they were out of that tester. I didn't understand why he couldn't just open one of the many bottles still on the shelf. Until the next day when we opened our store bought bottles. The scents were very watered down and couldn't even be detected on our skin an hour after spraying it. Upon trying to return the bottles, the sales woman was extremely rude! Even with the receipt she would not allow a return because the bottles had been opened. She then refused to contact the manager upon our request. We are now out $156 and stuck with fragrances that don't deliver anything like the testers. Complete scam!

I thought I would patronize the fragrant shop. But when I walked in several people were not wearing their mask and just talking like the pandemic is 100% over with. I don't know whether those people were COVID-19 free, or not, or if they had their vaccination. It's disrespectful not to follow COVID-19 rules and cockamamie to have a mask around your neck and not wearing it inside a building. Also, the employees we're allowing them to walk around mask-less. So I left

I wish I would have gotten her name, but I do remember the Christmas dog sanitizer bottle hanging from her Id card lol. You were absolutely wonderful in helping me pick out the perfect fragrance for my husband and I. I'm not a fan of shopping and I was thrilled to be in and out in such record time. I know it's just a job, but you are good at it. I explained briefly what I liked and boom 1st choice I loved for him. I eventually went with my all time fave, but appreciate the time you took to help me realize what I wanted. They were gifts, but I gave him his as soon as I walked in the door. Thank you for guiding me thru the perfume process

Got the baccarat perfume and spent 540 on it and honestly it doesn’t even smell at all I sprayed 4 times and nothing or no one can smell it in me
