I had a great experience here. Mostly because of the Vietnamese-American sales representative. She was so insanely nice, made this my best luggage buying experience ever. Went home with a beautiful carry-on international and a nice rucksack which. Almost $600 cheaper than online. Definitely coming back. Thank you!

My husband spoke with Alex over the phone. So we decided to drive over. He was so nice and friendly. He really went above and beyond to give us A+ service.He really explained to us all about Tumi. We will definitely be returning customers to Alex.

Unfortunately this store didn't have what I was looking for, but one of the employees, Alex, took my number and has continuously followed up with me when items similar to the one I was looking for have come in. Alex was also MUCH friendlier than employees at another Tumi store. Hugs props and thanks to Alex!
