My husband and I visited the Ugg store in the outlets of Camarillo, it was a very bad experience I bought a pair of boots marked as a 50% off , my husband was charged 40%off instead of 50% off , we realized this right before leaving the store when we brought up this issue to the cashier she said she could not find us in the system mind you we had a receipt on hand.. they asked us to come back on 20 min to see if the purchase will appear on their system and give us the difference for the 50%
When we came back , we realized that no only they remove the 50% off from the boots and put 40% instead.. they did not honor the price neither apologize for marking their offer wrong, they make us wait for a long time process the return.
I have never experienced such a bad customer service
If the cashier or store manager don't want to honor the price at least by up front and apologize for mistake that they make misleading their customers and don't try to be sneaky about it

I purchased a pair of UGG boots for my 13 year daughter, on May 26, 2024 at 6:21 pm and tried to return them at 7:45 pm on May 27th. Daisy the 'manager" who assisted me , denied my return due to the boot being worn, an imprint on the inside of the boot and because there was "white powder" on the sole. I worked all day on the 27th and when I got home my daughter told me that they didn't fit, yes she wore them in the house, because I told her to see how they felt on her feet. There was no way a imprint could be made in the foot from wear in the house for approx 7 to 10 minutes. The associates/ managers need to be trained on what wear is!

Been there 3x and each time the cashier at the register mess up the total. I suggest you are very careful because they don't honor the deals unless you remind them. Or they are just airheads.

I came to the store to buy. I have a disabled card. There was a crazy line. I showed the manager the disabled card but he ignored it. I will not enter their store again. They do not consider people with disabilities at all
