Paid .39 cents a side for black and white copies so each page .78 plus tax. Every other UPS store in Ventura county is around half the price. The other UPS store in Camarillo is .25 cents and the one in Moorpark is .15 cents. UPS needs to reel in their franchisees to be within the same prices. Should not be more than double what another franchise within the same county charges.

At least once a week I go to ups store for copies or fax or shredding or making copies or buying stamps or notary services. Every visit time each staff has been professional and courteous. They are often busy with many in line. When no one is waiting the staff is busy packaging and sorting. Ms Asure has been most helpful with notary business and other sevices. The new renovation of the store makes for efficient work it appears. Keep up your good work and customer service!!

I come in here often I send packages out weekly! I've had notarization done more than once and I've always had professional courteous experiences with no issues. anything is possible things happen but for my experience for the past 2 years I would recommend the store.

Just walking into store & saw 3 employees doing noting sitting on counter- another had Company Shirt on working in corner
Store wasn’t busy

Asher is amazing!! I frequent this store as my home base for sending packages and Returns and she is Always so helpful and kind to me and I appreciate that. That keeps me coming back to this store. AND! she’s always working! Hard worker for sure . Everyone there is very helpful and amazing! Store is always clean and efficient

The only decent person is the guy with blonde hair
The two owners/managers are aggressive. You can't say a word even when you're right. They must always find a way to lecture their customers. It's ridiculous

It is Saturday and they close at 430pm. I came at 425pm and everything is closed already . It definitely shows they have been closed way before already . It's frustrating when I am rushing to make it before "closing":
