I have a very neutral opinion about this store…I haven’t run into the issue of packages not being sent, but I have to agree most times the customer service is subpar…i feel like I’m bothering the employees to do their job—BUT that’s not every time I’m there, there are a few times that I run into a pleasant person working there. So I give it a 3/5…

I had a bad experience with this location and came to read the reviews, surprise surprise, they have a bad rating. The UPS store mishandled my return and I am out $350.00 dollars. That same day I also shipped an item to my friend. I was given a receipt for this shipment, but the employee was unable to give me one for the Amazon return. It was very busy, I have not had bad experiences at the other UPS stores, so I did not think it would be an issue. I was trying to help out the line. Amazon made it clear this was a UPS issue…guess who UPS blames? Great partnership you two have going!This location DNGAF.

I've been a box holder and customer at this location for a very long time (over 17 years now). Their customer service and attitude toward their customers is abysmal. They are unfriendly, unwilling to help with even the simplest of tasks, and just down right rude - even if you've supported their business for a decade and a half. I haven't canceled my box before now because it's such a pain to deal with an address change, but after the way I was recently treated by the owner it's definitely time to make the move. If you're looking for a place to help with your shipping needs that is friendly and professional, look elsewhere. These people truly know how to make their customers feel like a bother!

$3.50 to print a shipping label, ridiculous. Before the guy printed for me he pointed to a sign and said "that's the cost ok?" It said copies in color this much, copies in black and white that much, computer and Internet use $3 so I thought I would just be charged for the label especially since I never even touched the computer. The guy working opened my email attachment and printed it and it came to $3.50 despite the fact that I didn't use the computer. Really they should be more clear when the sign says copy prices as if you could just get copies for that price, like any other normal shipping place. Definitely regret coming here and won't be back.For anyone who needs a label or simple copies, FedEx, Office Depot and Staples will print it for you without $3 "computer use" fees. The US Post Office won't even try charging you $3 for a label.

I'm shocked at the low rating this location has been given. That being said I have been here on several occasions & always for an Amazon return. Maybe waiting less than 2 minutes to be called next. I'm always assisted promptly without incident. Today, another Amazon return I enter to find 2 customers ahead of me. It was noon so I waited maybe 5 minutes. Just a heads up Wifi / internet service is nonexistent so I was Unable to open my Amazon account for the return label . I apologized to Jasmine the CSR who patiently waited for my phone to connect. She laughed and said this happened to most everyone she waits on, then offered to SHARE HER HOT SPOT so I could connect and retrieve the documents to complete my return!! Who does that!?! That blew me away!! By now 3 more customers have come in and now I'm holding up the line!! Jasmine never let the huffs of impatience distract her from being the most helpful employee I'd encountered today! Jasmine made my day Going above and beyond . Thank you Jasmine I hope corporate see this!

Every time I go into the UPS store to return a package they are very helpful and very professional and quick and know how to assist their customers . I am so happy that they are close by.

Short wait times, friendly staff! We use them for all our UPS shipments and document shredding. I would recommend.

We've been using this location for the past three years and have always been treated kindly by every person working there. It does get busy at times but the line still moves quickly.
