I echo all reviews that complain about this location not wanting to help people. Twice now, I've been in to return an Amazon purchase. Anyone familiar with Amazon returns these days knows it's a crapshoot when it comes to exactly HOW you return something. i.e. sometimes you don't need a package or label, sometimes YOU have to print the label, and other times you have to bring a sealed package and UPS will print the label. But no matter what, if you forget something DO NOT expect this UPS Store to help you out. Today I needed to seal my own envelope with a 6-inch piece of tape for a drop-off. Well, they won't do it. You can do it yourself using their tape, but it'll cost you $2. Nice, UPS Store. Way to help out the customer. It's not about the money, it's the principle. Why wouldn't you help out a customer with something small like this? The manager told me once last year that they didn't want to help Amazon-return customers with these little favors because then they'd have a line going out the door. Well, I'll say this... one way to never have a line problem is to treat your customers like you don't care about them. Then they'll just stop coming back. Then you can just sit on your a$$ and watch less and less business coming in. And that's now going to be me from now on. Too bad these guys have no clue about customer service and creating positive experiences and associations for them so they'll keep coming back. This store sucks to say the least.

Jeff was so helpful! I needed a very large box and shipping supplies and came into the store a couple of times. He went out of his way to assist me and help me calculate what I needed to get.

This store has the worst customer service ever. I am a customer of many years and have bought cards and other items there . I had stopped in to the store to do a return and I had another return that just needed to be dropped in outgoing mail. The man said " I can't take this ? All he had to do was put it in the outgoing mail. That's going the extra mile to save the customer having to go to the post office. I won't be back here again. I'll take my business elsewhere

Both the ups store in Camarillo is very bad. The one in verdugo way charges $2 to put a piece of tape on top the box. Otherwise you will have to purchase their overpriced tape on the shelf. The guy who works there is extremely rude.

I hope I've got the right location...when I Googled it, it gave me 2 locations on Verdugo Way...my review is for the location near Mamas Hummus. there is a woman who works there who I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with, after a long absence. she was pregnant awhile back and was nasty and unhelpful before, and now she is back. I wanted to return something to Amazon, she came up to me and snarled, "That's fine, but it's not free! You have to pay for the return, you have to buy a postal box and pay us for packaging. that will be at least $6.95."I kind of stepped back and realized I remembered her from before she was pregnant, and she has always been that way. at least to me. I said, "Okay, I'll be back." I'm a liar. I left and went to the other UPS store on Las Posas where I was helped by a very nice man who helped me and charged me $3.00. This particular UPS store is close to me and I've frequented it quite often...when she was gone. They were cheerful, helpful and efficient. Not now, for sure!

How could I expect to enjoy my visit to a UPS store? Well, yes I did today at the Verdugo store in Camarillo. I didn't ask the names of the enjoyable employees (young man and lady) but he has a very sweet Harley. Very very nice people that made me smile.

I can't speak better things about KATIE and CHLOE!! I came 10 minutes before closing so I already felt really bad but they were so nice and helpful. I left my phone at home so one of them let me use their phone to contact a family member. My envelope came apart and they taped it up for me. They really went above and beyond for me. I've always been to this location for years and have never had any issues with customer service or my packages!

Had a warranty item that the company gave me shipping instructions on returning to them which were to box up and take to nearest ups store and show email and they would take care of label they wanted $5 from me to print the label! The store employee wouldn’t even look at the email just said it’s $5 you can forward the email to here. No thank you I’m not paying a UPS store $5 for a label that’s for their company which is paid for all ready to print it

Great store, Jeff always there to help and so is chole always helpful. Jeff carried my 102 pound package for me and they also printed my label for only 5 dollars because I didn't come prepared put they took care of everything for me! Great store very kind people.

MY Neighbor sent my expensive camera from Camarillo to ORLANDO , FLORIDA. iT NEVER ARRIVED. i CALLED THE CAMARILLO OFFICE AND RECEIVED THREE DIFFERNT RESPONSES to MY INQUIRY:1, THAT IT WAS DELIEVEERED IN Orlando, 2, it was damaged and it was at the Moorpark station, 3. It was lost. Take your pick, I WAS THEN TOLD THAT THE REMEDY FOR Their confusion WAS That they would refund the cost of mailing it was approximately 1OO DOLLARS AND THAT i should have taken out insurance. This callus response is typical of a carrier that makes millions sending packages and denies responsibility for there carelessnessMark B.
