I came into town to visit friends and needed to get a new phone! I had Shanette help me and she was amazing! So patient and so helpful and she knew what to do and answered my questions. Extremely respectful not only to myself but to other customers and fellow employees!!! Give her a raise

First, all of the employees that work there are employees of another company. They are paid commission. I went to the store to find out about internet. The guy checked my address and told me that I will get 5G and 500MB service. He said that if I don't like it, bring it back to the store within 45 days and they will remove it from my bill. I brought it home and ran a speedtest and I got 80MB. I went back to the store to return it. The young lady that worked there told me she couldn't help me and to call 611. I asked if she could help me and she said no, call 611. Another employee, John came over and told me he could help. He called a special phone number. 5 minutes later the entire issue was resolved and I was out the door.

Exemplary customer service, knowledge, professional, compassionate assistance from both customer rep Tito & Jonathan the manager. My phone problem was not due to their handling, nevertheless they spent countless hours with me and Verizon support to attempt a working resolution. When it was hopeless my phone's glitch could not be solved, Verizon had me scheduled for a 2-week delay on the new S24 Ultra. VICTRA VERIZON was able to obtain the phone within 2-days!!! Amazing people helping customers in any way they can. I am glad I chose VICTRA VERIZON over the corporate store. Without bashing them, safe to say I received the highest level of attention at VICTRA VERIZON & not so much at the area corporate store.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! First off, this is not really verizon, dont let them fool you!! This scammer told me he couldn't activate my new phone. He then deactivated my current phone and told me to go to the real verizon store in oxnard to activate my new one. I go to oxnard, without an active phone, and they say this guy has been sending people there and they can't help! She immediately knew which store sent me there and said "you came from the camarillo store huh?" They ended up calling verizon HQ and complaining about this "authorized reseller" saying he's completely screwing people! Finally, after an hour there, the real verizon store finally figures out a workaround to activate my new phone. The real verizon tells me to check my receipt from the store, but of course the dude never gave me one. They say he probably charged me an erroneous set up fee. Sure enough, I have an email and this guy charged me a $39.99 set up and go fee for the 2 minutes it took him to DEACTIVATE ALL MY PHONES. they are NOT a real verizon and they are a complete scam!!!!! Seriously beware, do not go here! I have emailed them twice, and texted them twice, demanding a refund. No response of course. I will be doing a chargeback and they will see me in person very soon. THIS STORE IS A SCAM! DO NOT GO HERE!!

I was “helped” by some guy that wasn’t much help basically kicked me out. I’ve been here for an eSIM before and was helped but this gentleman didn’t want to help me with a simple task.

Put up a darn cell tower please, the cell service is unacceptable in this area and I rely on the service I am paying a premium for and not getting what is promised.

Kirk was my sales person cunning fellow he upsell me on my upgrade with his it's free which is not as I was hit with activation fees for all 3 devices not to mention the taxes i had to pay in store. He insisted that my address qualified for the Verizon home internet and that I should try it out for free for 30 days and send it back. I told him I don't need it but he insisted I take it home and it didn't work so I took it back the following day. The other sales guy told me I couldn't return it there that I had to call 611. I was very upset and Kirk just sat there and said nothing the manager was also there and all he said was I had to request a return label from customer care. This is not a trustworthy place I'm thinking of switching providers. DONT SHOP THERE!!!

I went to the Verizon in Camarillo and I wanted to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 15 pro max and the guy that assisted me told me I could not get the phone that were being saved for Black Friday and that I had to add a watch or tablet in order to get it. That’s unethical for Verizon to want to upsell customers what they don’t need , I’m switching to a different provider

Stay away, one star is unfortunate. If you want any sort of customer service do yourself a favor and find a different location. They are so rude and probably could all benefit from a customer service course, Im honestly flabbergasted that they get away with the attitudes they have towards customers. Iv been there multiple occasions between ordering new phones, setting up new phones and returning old ones and I can tell you it's not because they were having one bad day...every single visit was bad and I mean bad. My last visit someone came into order new phone and left saying "just cancel my orders, i'm leaving".
