I ordered belts from them, even paid express shipping for upcoming trip. They were unable to fulfill the order in the time I needed, BUT, I greatly appreciate that they reached out to me to communicate the delay. They were willing to refund my order and I was able to find elsewhere to meet my time-frame. Thank you for customer communication! I will order from you again in the future!

They’ve sent me the wrong order two times and both times, sent it to the wrong address.I’m not willing to test the “third time is a charm” mantra.At this point, I’m giving up on them, returning both wrong orders, and ordering elsewhere.

placed an order. took my money with no problem. I emailed and called to see when my order would ship so I can expect it but no response to the email and was told when I called I'd get an update. still waiting.. communication sucks. will never recommend them

Ordered seatbelts July 2020 was told it'd be 1 to 2 weeks then contacted them again and they said it'd be 3 weeks since they had to order the stuff to make them so I was like ok. 1 month later they said they didn't have those seatbelts in that color that the material was taking longer than expected but could send us the black color ones instead, I said ok, the seatbelts i recieved were way cheaper and not at all like the ones I wanted and didn't refund the extra I paid for the tan colored ones which was $141.90. I said I'd rather get my money back and they said ok just sent them back, had to pay for the return shipping which was $18 and only got refunded $115. Will never do business with them again and won't recommend others to either unless you don't mind waiting half a year for your stuff and risk it not even being what you wanted.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. 2 months ago I placed an order for seat belts. They told me that it would take 3-4 weeks. I told them that was OK. They have never delivered them yet they kept my money the entire time. 1st it was COVID issues. Then it was the ports fault. Finally last week they claimed they were making them. Then yesterday they said they would get me an ETA. When that didn't happen I asked for a delivery date. That caused them to say they couldn't make them and they refunded my money. This was clearly a lie as the week before they said they had the stuff and were going to make them. Bottom line is they lied for 2 months then after inconvenience to me they said too bad. Not someone you want to do business with!!

Very poor customer service. Paid for 2nd day air (on a Friday)shipping never received a confirmation number. When called to verify shipping on Monday was informed it would be shipped that day. Informed “owner” that I needed the product by Wednesday before 4 and she informed me there was nothing she could do

the back piece keeps falling off the retractor cover, buckles wont engage without wiggling them around a lot, the rigid sleeve ends have a cover over the bolt connection that wont fit with the supplied mounting hardware. overall the belt has a cheap feel to the fit and finish. the only reason im not sending them back is because they are better than the 35 year old mouldy, non-retractable belts that they are replacing. as soon as i can find a higher quality replacement, they will be getting changed out. also, Wesco wouldnt let me pay with a credit card. felt like i was buying from a farm in the middle of nowhere instead of what is supposed to be a professional company.

I bought some seat belts which I feel are bordering on unsafe, due to either the design or a incorrect manufacture. I'd like to know which and discuss this with the vendor. When I called the agent was clueless, basically just a saleswoman who takes orders, and told me to email and send pictures. Great, expect the website doesn't have an email address, just a form and you cant attach files. I filled out the form and asked them to get in touch regarding my concerns. They have not. In summary, they sell unsafe products and refuse to talk to their customers once the money is in the bank. This is not "100% satisfaction guaranteed" like their website says. I also suggest you read the small print behind that statement. Its guaranteed for 30 days subject to restocking fees/postage blah blah blah. So not guaranteed at all then.

Made 2 phone calls to Wesco to make certain I got correct seat belt buckles for a previously ordered seat belt set from Wesco. But time spent on phone and me giving previous seat belt order number did not help, I received seat belt buckles that would not work. Wesco promptly issued refund after I returned the buckles.
