“On vacation, on Saturday afternoon, at the hotel my battery died. I called, Chris answered. I told him about my emergency. He offered to bring a battery to the hotel after closing. I told him I did not have tools. After closing he went home got tools and came to the hotel and installed the battery for me. I think this was best example of customer I have ever experienced. What an example of human kindness. Thank you Chis so much.”
