Disappointed. Small bank won't even break a large for change if you don't open an account. Kind of useless since this is a local bank only

Rabobank missed two of my online auto payments which cost me money and credit. They did not apologize, try to fix it or offer a resolution to assure me it would not happen again. It took a week and several calls and messages to arrive at this inconclusion. I will be closing 2 accounts there this week.
