I went to the kiosk at the Palo Alto farmers market, and now I'm a loyal customer. I got the marinated fromage blanc. It's mild and tangy, and the bay leaves in the marinade come through but aren't overwhelming.

An amazing and unique experience! We had a blast seeing the goats and cheesing it up. The icing on the cheese was our tour guide, Kirsten! She was grate, incredibly knowledgeable, and very generous with the tastings. Everything was gouda from start to finish. Highly recommend!
