“When I was in Cambria in August of 2020, I saw sandals that I liked. I rarely find shoes that fit me; I wear a size 10. The woman, who I thought was the owner, told me that those sandals run small and she suggested I try the size 11. Perfect! I bought a pair and have practically worn them out. They always garner compliments. I returned to Cambria in April of 2021. I went to The Place and they had sandals that were very similar. A different woman was behind the counter, not paying any attention to anything other than her cell phone. I stood for a while and watched her. I finally said, "Excuse me" and she slipped her cell phone into her pocket and helped me find a pair of sandals. (I guess even Boomers have gotten sucked into the cell phone vortex which is why this isn't a 5-star review.) The prices are good, as well. $22 out the door for a new pair of sandals.”

“While wandering around Cambria a couple of months back, I stopped in this shop and felt like I'd found an undiscovered treasure. They had a wonderful selection of menswear (they have women's clothing too) that I had not been expecting. They carry some very nice and favorite brands of mine. I knew I'd return next time I was in need of a nice casual dress shirt, shoes, pants--even their hat selection is cool. I had an unusual exchange request and the manager Kimberly was gracious enough to look into whether they could do it. To my pleasant surprise they were able to help me out. This was customer service above and beyond what I was expecting and, needless to say, I am now a grateful customer and look forward to shopping there again. Great merchandise, great sales team, great owners. Thanks Parts Unknown, Cambria. I'll be back!”

“New Moon Boutique of Cambria, CA, along with Hello Boutique of Hamden, CT, are my favorite online shops; with favorable mention to Marcella, Eileen Fisher, NYC, and Elan, Aventura, FL. The clothing lines carried by these stores include Cut Loose, Bryn Walker and Flax which are a pure joy to wear. New Moon and Hello Boutique offer excellent customer service, great websites, many fashion options and promotions, and are most definitely my go-to stores as an online shopper. I am an Arizona resident in my later 60's, once tall and slim, with 40+ years of daily 60-minute walks under my belt, aerobically fit, and adherent to a good diet. Unfortunately, genetic arthritis has worsened to the point that I have significant mobility disability issues with over 3" of height loss and a figure that can no longer be considered slim. New Moon and Hello Boutique have allowed me to feel comfortable and attractive again, with fashions that are flattering, eclectic and trendy. A genuine thank you to these fashion lines and store suppliers for making online shopping possible and rewarding.”
