I've been to a couple of other PT outfits in town and really liked the therapists here. I honestly thought they were great, and they helped me through a lot of pain. But in the end, the receptionists (especially the gal who manages the insurance), are nothing short of rude and disrespectful. They don't return phone calls, don't bother to get all the information, and they make general assumptions about your case that may be *or most likely* are incorrect. And since they won't talk to you about it, you don't ever get a chance to discuss it. The PT is good, but the customer service SUCKS. They made me out to feel like trash, as if I am not worthy of their business and can't afford the $30 co-pay. Good luck, if you fit their "clientele profile," maybe you'll have better luck than I did!

What can I say about this crew, except that they are the very BEST!!! Not only are they skilled at what they do, but they each have such funny, sweet, and caring spirits that you instantly feel welcome. There is absolutely not one thing I would change!! They push you when you need it in the best most encouraging way and make you feel cared about all while explaining the why’s and what’s. If you need any kind of physical therapy…I would go here. The staff….every last one of them is the absolute BEST!!!

This is a great facility! Everyone that works there takes their job seriously and I felt that everyone cared about my rehabilitation process. I worked with Steve and he took the time to listen to my needs to find the best rehabilitation program. He even followed up with me to see how I was doing. Highly recommend this facility for your physical therapy needs!

I have nothing but praise for Cameron Park Physical Therapy...due to various injuries (shoulder, piriformis, plantar faciitis, etc) I have chosen to return here multiple times and every time they get me back to the sports I love and teach me how to avoid future injury (if possible). I highly recommend.

I was referred to CAMERON PARK PHYSICAL THERAPY by my podiatrist. Steve and his crew put together a comprehensive plan to help me recover from the neuropathy in my lower legs and feet caused by my type two diabetes. They have set some realistic goals for me and have me working to regain my strength and ability to walk and stability. I very much appreciate them and all the hard work John Key

I was referred to CAMERON PARK PHYSICAL THERAPY by my podiatrist. I have type two diabetes with severe neuropathy in my lower legs and feet. Steve Harrity and his crew put together a plan to help me regain my stability and ability to walk through hard work and perseverance. I am still a long way from total recovery but they have sent me on on a path to further recovery . Thank you John Key

Worst place to get post-op therapy unless you have sore muscles!! I spent more than 6 weeks in Therapy after rotator cuff surgery and I was in worse pain than when started. The therapists in my opinion at this office take no interest in your complaints and don't bother to evaluate the body part that is affected. My female my therapist there told me "my surgeon had allot to say about me" in a smug tone indicating in my opinion of unprofessional gossip and ridicule at my expense. Luckily my original surgeon couldn't find out what my complaints were so I was referred to 2 different surgeons during my treatment. My hand surgeon diagnosed me with Dupuytren's Contracture that has no cure, but was causing hand pain and swelling and the treatment I received was inappropriate for the hand diagnosis. My female therapist actually told me my hand wasn't swelling even when my rings no longer fit and both of my therapists never even assessed my hand after I told both therapists about hand pain and swelling. The 2nd shoulder surgeon had to fix adhesions in my shoulder surgery due to continued pain after another round of failed physical therapy and found a cyst on my collar bone during surgery that was causing pain resulting in frozen shoulder or adhesions. If these people don't take complaints seriously, assess affected body parts and report unusual complaints to a surgeon how can a surgeon know there is something seriously wrong? Support staff was great!

in my experience this place doesn't care about you. everyone but the receipectionist had a snotty remark for me...the helpers had me do exercises I wasn't ready for and cost me a week in pain and no progress in my therapy. this place was a nightmare from the beginning.

so many red flags from the beginning I should have listened to my inner voice....every visit I had condisending remarks made to me and treated like I was faking my injury...only took 2 visits and I was in terrible pain and cost me a week of therapy because I couldn't move my shoulder. because of my experience I suggest you find any other therapy facility but this one

This place really is the best! I never had one bad experience here. The staff is extremely knowledable, educated, friendly, and caring. Steve and Erin got me back on my feet after I tore my ACL. Carrie was awesome about scheduling my appointments at my convience. Overall, would highly recommend!!
