  10/25/2022: I have visited Cameron Park Dialysis several times due to driving my ill friend who can't drive anymore.FYI: The DaVita, COVID-19 protocol is egregiously stringent due to the nature treating seriously ill patients who mandatorily require dialysis. Each time, the RN exits the dialysis treatment via entering the lobby, takes all patients' temperatures while the patients wait in the lobby, and proceeds taking each patient inside the dialysis treatment where they will begin their dialysis treatment.One time, I entered the dialysis treatment observing my friend hooked up to this ominous machine; I seriously pray my friend will recover! Still, the RN shooed me out to the lobby instructing I wait outside due to the strict, COVID-19 protocol despite, I'm current with all my COVID-19 immunizations. Oh, well!

  We have had a great experience so far and they have had made my husband feel very comfortable in this new phase on his life.

  I wish they had minus' cuz it would be -10. This place is horrible! The manager runs the place like it's a dysfunctional family. Staff that is good leaves and bad staff gets promoted. There have been 5 of 7 nurses that have left because of 1 unethical nurse. One tech there is on personal phone almost all the time. Hides in another room to be on it. This is done when the person's patient was crashing. Other techs had to be taken away from their patients to help this patient that was this techs. This tech half cleans chairs or not at all. This tech has family member working over the tech. The manger has said to us she is afraid to talk to this tech because of relative. Needles falling out, tech talking to other tech and ignored patients that were bleeding, wrong meds given, med not given for clotting so had to stay 2 hours to get fixed, retaliated against us because we complained, patients afraid to complain because of retaliation. I could go on and on and on. Please do not go here if you , a friend or family member are thinking of going here DONT! My family member has moved to a new clinic. It is like going from motel 8 to the Fairmont! Even if you need to go further it's worth it!
