Nate is awesome! He was so helpful yesterday. I wanted to redeem $10 in rewards and he had to log into a different system - but he did it! Another GNC location wasn’t able to help me.He was friendly and commented how the radio station goes out in the store when there’s a cloud in the sky.Nate deserves an award and pay raise for providing outstanding customer service. Thanks, Nate!

By far the worst gnc I have been to. The first time I came here the associate had absolutely no idea about anything. I asked for advice on a few things and all I got was "I'm not sure" but also not willing to find an alternative. This go around the specific franchisee had all 3 cases of shakes I wanted but refused to honor the discount that was being offered online. The sales person made it sound like absolutely no gnc will honor it but with a few calls I found three other locations who would honor it with no problem! The only locations not honoring it were the ones owned by this specific franchisee. Why turn away business during this time? The other franchisees clearly out do you in customer service.

I've been coming to this store for a while but today I was greeted by the buff GINGERbread man and he was amazing! Super nice and super knowledgeable about everything in the store. It got to the point where I was asking him silly questions to try and stump him and he still knew everything. Awesome experience with a very awesome employee! He needs a raise!

The staff at this GNC are both knowledgeable and very helpful. They continue to demonstrate a true willingness to help their customers in not only those products customers already know or seek, but also in comparison with competitive products and recommendations based on the needs of their customers.

Looks like its been a long time since someone left a review of this store so was a little weary going in for the first time. You know an owner cares about his business, and customers, when he's open a full 30 minutes earlier then what's posted. Owner is named Deep and was very helpful and clearly knowledgeable in the supplements he sells. Answered all my questions and didn't try any cheesy up sells! Gave me some great advice so that I'm taking full advantage of my workouts. Super excited this place is so local as I'll be making all my future supplement purchases here!
